Great hotel with amazing staff, the room was clean and roomy with a comfy bed. Pool and poolside bar were very good, perfect temperature and decent prices with an amazing happy hour.
Shout out to Nate who would always make sure we were comfortable and happy, thanks Nate for making our trip even better!
Only downside is location, a bit of a long walk to the beach and main street but it is helped by the hotel offering a shuttle service to and from the Hotel and Kata Beach at select times.

We absolutely loved The Yama Hotel Phuket. Firstly, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially Nate, the receptionist, and Chom, the security guard. Secondly, the breakfasts were delicious every day, with a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, hot dishes, and pastries. Thirdly, the hotel was beautiful and clean. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The distance from the sea isn't a negative. You can stroll around and enjoy the city, or you can book a shuttle service to and from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay♥️
Had a very lovely welcome when we arrived from Tong at reception

We had the best Long Island iced teas in happy hour made with love and care from Aom
And Pui had such a lovely smile on her face all day long so kept us happy with our sad predicament of not been able to fly back to the UK
And we can’t forget Joke spy who yet again was very accommodating for us

Das Hotel war gut gelegen, wenn man zum Big Buddah möchte. Die Lobby ist sehr schön und das Personal im Restaurant sehr zuvorkommend.
Das Personal außerhalb des Restaurants war unaufmerksam und desinteressiert. Man musste stets selbst auf sich aufmerksam machen und wurde nie gegrüßt. Das Zimmer das wir erhalten haben, muss das schlechteste des Hauses sein. Es war abgenutzt und hatte nahezu kein Tageslicht, da wir in die Tag und Nacht beleuchtete Garage schauen durften. Von einem Balkon zu sprechen, der in die Garage schaut, empfinden wir als absolute Frechheit. Die Abnutzung war insbesondere im Schlafraum deutlich. Siehe hierzu die Bilder.
Tong and Boy very good
Très bel hôtel et personnel très serviables. Nous avions une chambre très bruyante la première nuit et Tong nous a trouvé une solution direct avec une chambre superbe et moins bruyante. Les massages de Fern était tout simplement top. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et le système de navette pratique mais dommage que ça s’arrête à 18h.
Dommage c’est un peu loin de la ville mais heureusement y’a quand même une navette malgres qu’elle s’arrête à 18h.
