The staff were polite, but the service was quite slow and often inattentive. Responses to requests, food orders, and other services took much longer than expected, so you’ll need a lot of patience during your stay.

Great locaiton
Pros:

The location was very convenient, and the ability to park onsite was a big advantage. The staff were supportive and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.

Cons:

A man began speaking very loudly over the phone during the night right next to my room, and I was unable to get back to sleep afterward. I felt this was rather inconsiderate and selfish. So many background noices found disturbing as well.

Nice hotel near sacred precinct
Pros:

Quiet location on edge of Kataragama near sacred precinct . Good AC and fan, clean large room on first floor.

Cons:

Nothing really, we missed breakfast, nothing there at 8am, but then leaving before 9 there were people having breakfast so not sure if you need to book previous evening. We don't speak either of the local languages so maybe that was the problem.
