Le service et la propreté
La grande gentillesse du responsable.
J ai demandé 1 frigo dans la chambre et je l ai eu.
J ai vraiment apprécié.

Cons:

Le bruit de l air conditionné, on entendait même celui de l autre chambre
On entendait tout ce qui se disait dans la chambre d a côté
Le bruit sur la rue
Le lit très dur

Pros:

La camera era pulita e in ordine e la colazione a buffet è abbastanza assortita con prodotti da forno sotto campana teca riscaldata, frutta e merende confezionate oltre a fette di torta, succhi di frutta, fette biscottate, marmellate in porzioni singole e yogurt vari tipi

Cons:

Abbiamo patito un pò il caldo ma poi contattando lo staff abbiamo fatto attivare il climatizzatore. Nessun servizio frigobar e non c'era possibilità di avere degli snack pomeridiani o comunque fuori orario

Quando torneremo nel agrigentino, ci farebbe piacere soggiornare presso di voi!
Pros:

La disponibilità del personale, Davide in particolare, la stanza calda, il minimo necessario e sufficiente. Colazione che sodisfa , mediterranea, frutta, tè e caffè. Un albergo da non evitare se si ha necessità!

Cons:

Una rinfrescata alle stanze (basta imbiancare ). L'insonorizzazione delle stanze, visto che c'e un ristorante accanto e sotto dov'e la musica dal vivo e anche karaoke.
