一長一短でした。
Pros:

・清掃がいき届いていたところ
・共同ではあったものの、洗濯機と洗濯用洗剤や柔軟剤が使いたい放題だったところ
・電子レンジが共同ではあったものの設置されていたところ
・敷地内に安価な自動販売機があり、飲み物に困らなかったところ

Cons:

・ラブホテルっぽい感じがそのまま残っていたところ
・駐車スペースに屋根がなかったところ
・メインルームの照明のスイッチが枕元にしかなかったところ
・フロントの電話が留守電だったが、コールバックがなかったところ
・浴室や洗面台の、湯がデジタルで温度調整ができず、蛇口を触る毎に、温度の調整をやり直すことになって不便だったところ
・湯船の追い炊きができなかったところ

家族連れにはお勧めしない。安く連泊したい独身、カップル向け。
Pros:

部屋が広くて宿泊分タオルを頂けたこと。

Cons:

ラブホテル跡感がすごい。
窓もほぼないので換気が出来ない。
お風呂は広いけど黒カビが酷過ぎて臭いもするし入るのが本当に嫌だった。
足拭きマットも黄ばんでいて、洗濯機も無料だけどカビが気になってしまい結局使えなかった。
