Great service and very well located accommodation
Pros:

The accommodation was in a fantastic location and very spacious. Ben was extremely helpful and communication was great - he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic stay!.

Fantastic hotel right in the high street not too noisy as we were in the back bedroom.

I enjoyed the stay, it was ideal for the time we spent in Canterbury but doubt I’d stay again.
Pros:

Its location was perfect, right in the middle of the city. Checking and access to the property were very straightforward. Despite its central location it was very quiet in the room.

Cons:

Size was definitely an issue. I understand the constraints of a centrally located hotel, but it wouldn’t be an ideal base for more than a single night or two.

Exceptional for the price.
Pros:

Location is amazing. Right near everything. Looks odd location from outside (door between street businesses) but exceptional once inside. Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom. Exceptional details in provided facilities (eg a printed note to slide under neighbours' doors if they're noisy, earplugs, excellent shower controls). Loads of pillows and cushions on the bed.

Cons:

Bathroom was HOT...like an oven but I think it was the heated towel racks. Couldn't find any way to turn them off. Room was also a little warm for my liking and the air con didn't seem to do much despite me following the instructions (it was OK, though!).

A richly comfortable automated experience
Pros:

Perfectly located for immediate access to Canterbury's heart and impeccably kept. Exceptionally fresh, clean, and modern. An excellent memory mattress, coffee machine with good quality offerings, options on mood lighting in both bedroom and bathroom, and given the location, pin-drop quiet at all times (a real boon). Access was easy and it was well serviced.

Cons:

Private parking was advertised but isn't the case. When questioned there was no apology - told I needed to take that up with whomever my booking service was and given a link to the Council website for carparks. I felt the owners should take responsibility for their advertisements on all platforms, not the customer. Communication through SMS/email was obviously automated, with no personal touch or any way to communicate directly.

No front desk or luggage storage, and so not really a hotel. Lovely room (if small), great location.
Pros:

Very well-appointed (small) room, with lots of thoughtful touches. The bathroom was especially nice, with mood lighting in the shower and nice bath products. Plenty of outlets and a Nespresso machine with four pods and milk packets/sugars.

Cons:

No front desk or luggage storage, which we discovered only after booking our non-refundable stay. In that sense, I don't think it's right to call this a hotel at all, as that word (to me) implies those facilities.

Nice little spot
Pros:

Room was very clean, nice touch with bathroom lights in shower and around mirror by the way.
Location was good.

Cons:

Sorry to nit pick but would have been nice to get tea bags, not just coffee.
Maybe a kettle to make tea with.

Perfect location and fantastic room with everything you need.
Pros:

Fantastic stay. Very comfortable bed and really nice bathroom. Great coffee machine and coffee and water bottles replenished every day.

Très beau et très bien placé en plein milieu de Canterbury
Vus de la fenetre sur la cathédrale!

Cons:

Seul problème: le bruit du bar voisin jusqu’à 11h une journée (mercredi) et jusqu’à 11h30 le jeudi.
Si vous vous coucher tôt et vous levez tôt, le bruit très fort empêche de dormir et cette localisation n’est pas pour vous: 2 sur 5 pour le sommeil.
si vous vous coucher après 11h, 5 sur 5!

Overall, it was a good experience.
Pros:

We were able to schedule last minute and the place was very nice and in the perfect location.
