Great sercive. Warm welcome.
Pros:

After having to check in last minute due to a failed house move, the lady at reception (short curly blonde hair and glasses) made us feel welcome and made a terrible day so much brighter, we cannot thank her and the rest of the staff for their warm welcome and attentive service.

Cons:

We couldn't find fault.

Great staff,.comfortable bed, lovely decor
Pros:

Exceptional well trained staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect.
Our room was large and airy, overlooking a beautiful lavender garden. The room decoration was modern and tasteful. The bathroom was large and very clean, towels were plentiful and toiletries great.
Breakfast was very very good.

Cons:

There was some distant traffic noise from A12 although this didn't detract from a lovely stay.

We had the accessible room which was great but a couple of minor issues. Mirror too high in bathroom and turning circle could be better for wheelchair access

Great stay. Loved the room, decor and restaurant were outstanding.
Pros:

Fabulous find on my way to Colchester on Business. The room was fantastic as was the restaurant. If only I was closer I would eat there on a regular basis.
Staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough for me.
