Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre, bon rapport qualité prix, le calme et la vue sur Patong est magnifique.
Les gérants Willy, et sa femme sont très agréables, gentils et vraiment aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Je recommande !

Great place wonderful hosts
Pros:

The view from the room was breathtaking. The Breakfast was delicious. Willie and his wife were exceptional and so helpful in so many ways

Cons:

The Stairs because I'm 71 and have leg problems. But Willie saw I was having issues with the stairs, and fixed the problem by switching the room for one that was higher up from the stairs

Nice views and nice room but that’s about it
Pros:

Beautiful views, pool area nice, room was lovely

Cons:

Called sunset bay but a big tree covers sunset so you can’t actually see it. I arrived and it took about 30 mins for staff to arrive, had breakfast included but I was sat there for about 40 mins and was no staff to be seen so didn’t have breakfast. However I checked out 30 min before checkout time and the staff member was sat outside my room waiting for me to leave

Хотелось бы чистые полотенца и меню завтраков побольше.
Pros:

Жили в 1 номере. Хорошая большая кровать. Чистая постель. Очень красивый вид из окна и балкона на Патонг. Чистый и прохладный бассейн. Спальный район (тишина). Тихие соседи.

Cons:

Несвежие темно-коричневые полотенца, сильно пахнущие сыростью. Их будто ни разу не стирали. При уборке постельное не меняют. У нас была бронь на базе завтрака. На выбор было всего 3 вида. Из-за удаленности такси дорогое и не всегда принимают заказы, приходится ждать до 30 минут.

Piękny widok z tarasu na wybrzrże i miasto.

Cons:

Wszędzie daleko. Droga prowadzi stromo do góry, wiec nawet samochody mialy problem. Klimatyzacja w pokoju bardzo głośna.

I wouldnt come again. Not my vibe.

View was nice.

Cons:

Its the second time in this hotel after a long time. Its really dated, staff not welcoming at all, dirty towels and sheets, no one cleans, we left 2 days early.
In my first visit there worked one amazing Filipino women- BRING HER BACK, most kindest person!

Comfortable stay but could improve better
Pros:

Friendly staff, the room is clean. The facility is ok. However, the property could improve better by replacing outdated equipments in the room especially in the toilet.

비행기 일정으로 새벽 1시 도착이었는데도 전화도 다 응대해주시고 체크인까지 늦은시간에 도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니다~

Отдыхали в ноябре 2025 года.
Мы впервые жили в отеле, где было такое хорошее отношение хозяина отеля к своим постояльцам.
Уилли и его семья с первой встречи проявили себя очень гостеприимно. Всегда шли на встречу, помогали в решении всех вопросов, беспокоились, когда мы себя плохо чувствовали, предлагали помощь, угощали фруктами. Каждый день болтали обо всем. Когда у нас возникли проблемы с колесом байка на трассе - Уилли по телефону помог уладить вопросы с тайскими механиками в мастерской. Уилли очень позитивно общался даже с самыми бушующими постояльцами.
Очень вкусный завтрак, всегда все свежее. Уилли и его семья ухаживают за своим садом. Территория и бассейн всегда чистые. Огромная кровать, просторный номер, много места для хранения.
Отель в хорошем месте - тихо, отличный вид, легко добраться в любую точку Пхукета на байке.
Байки, кстати, тоже можно арендовать на месте по хорошим условиям, лучшим на Патонге.
Если будем возвращаться на Пхукет, то только к Уилли!
