Très déçu car j ai réservé pour 1 chambre double et sans me demander on m’a surclassé mais pour quelque chose qui étais pas utile avec en + des lit jumeau en sachant que on étais que 2 , nous avons ensuite appeler la réception un soir car la chambre à côté faisais trop de bruit la personne a dis que elle allais résoudre la situation , cette personne est jamais venu , très déçu ….
L’emplacement est bien situé légèrement éloigné du centre ce qui est très bien. La chambre très bien avec accès piscine. Je reviendrai.
La piscine était très belle, le petit-déjeuner excellent, le personnel très aimable.
Dommage qu’il y ait un bar sur le toit mais pas en fonction (au mois de mars).

Todo era mal en relación calidad precio, habitación olía humedad , cero privacidad, poco iluminación , el desayuno no era bueno, limpieza no era de un hotel 5 estrellas.
The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The pool area was very relaxing and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for reaching Patong Beach. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the beach and a nearby mall, which was very convenient. Breakfast had a good variety with different options each day, although the pastries were mostly the same daily. Other than that everything was fine. Highly recommended.
There was a drainage smell in parts of the compound, and at times it could also be noticed in the room.
