Great stay but we’ll try another hotel next time
Pros:

- Clean rooms, great facilities within the room, we had a sea view with a balcony
- Convenient location

A big disappointment.

A wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (2 adults and 2 children, both 6 years old). We paid for an upgraded room, which, according to the photos online, was supposed to include one large bed and a sofa.

However, when we arrived, we were surprised to find that beds for the children were arranged on the floor. When we asked at reception, we were told that the sofa required an additional payment.

There was absolutely no information on the website indicating that an “upgraded room” would mean children sleeping on the floor. In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced anything like this.

Very disappointing and misleading.

Чудовий сніданок. Вибір не такий великий як у курортних готелях, але знайдеться все як для дорослих, так і для дитини. Ми брали покращений номер, він вартий своїх грошей на 100%. Дуже класна дитяча кімната.

Cons:

Трохи скрипіли двері у туалет, але то дрібниці і виправляється дуже легко. Це ніяк не вплинуло на якість нашого відпочинку.

Pros:

Вкусный,разнообразный завтрак,ужин в ресторане был красиво подан и очень понравился.
Спа довольно большой ,в бассейне можно вполне поплавать, можно выплыть на улицу. Массажный бассейн , джакузи маленький, три бани. Достаточно чисто.
Очень удобные кровати и подушки.

Cons:

В номере не было чайника ,и чайного набора,чашек, ложек. Нет щеточки для обуви .
Не было тапочек.
