The location is what I was looking for .It is closed to all major institutions .
The hotel is quite old ,it needs some serious renovations.For that price I could have gotten something more upgraded.

La Navette gratuite à l'aéroport c'était n'importe quoi. A mon arrivée à l'aéroport, On me dit que le véhicule de l'hôtel n'est pas dispo et on me propose un taxi que je dois payer. Mais le lendemain je constate que le "taximan" travaillait à l'hôtel 🥲

Reception employees trying to rip me off and defraud me for services I requested
there was no electricity in my room even after reported to the reception desk.
This is a great option if you are staying in central Lubumbashi. It is much better than some other hotels offering comparable rates. The staff were friendly, it was quiet and peaceful at night, there was aircon and free wifi and the breakfasts were amazing! There is an ATM in the hotel dispensing dollars and you can exchange currency at the front desk so that's also great. It's in the city centre so easy to catch a taxi right outside. The breakfasts were included in the price (although on booking.com it says they're extra). So, I paid $80 for a room with breakfast.
The decor is dated and it's not a "fancy" hotel. Fine for me, but if you want something comparable to a top Western-style hotel, you'll need to pay double the price and stay at the Pullman or a comparable place. Park Hotel is a decent, charming budget hotel with budget furnishings, etc.
