Ich war trotzdem zufrieden und dankbar eine Nacht zu bleiben
Pros:

Das Frühstück es war alles da was man braucht

Cons:

Die Gestaltung des Zimmers , die Dusche Schlauch defekt, die Heizung sollte mal entlüftet werden.

Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die ich bei dem aufgerufenen Preis hatte. Der Zustand des Zimmers war, offen gesagt, eine Zumutung und steht in keinem Verhältnis zu den Kosten. Aus diesem Grund habe ich das Zimmer nicht genutzt und war gezwungen, mir direkt eine alternative Unterkunft zu suchen. Zu meinem Bedauern war vor Ort auch kein Mitarbeiter ansprechbar, sodass ich keine Möglichkeit hatte, die Situation mit jemandem persönlich zu besprechen.

pfui das ist kein Hotel, das ist eine Zumutung. Fotos leider nur auf meinem Handy,

Das ganze Zimmer eine Zumutung Schränke Defekt, nicht nutzbar kein Licht auf der Toilette Fernseher defekt Badezimmer Schimmel an mehreren Wänden das Bett auf 30cm höhe und dünne Matratzen. Eine dunkele Lampe im Zimmer. Trotz Beschwerden keine Abhilfe. Zweite Nacht nicht genutzt,nach einer Nacht Ausgescheckt. So eine Zumutung ist mir noch nie Passiert, und ich war in vielen, bin 81 Jahre alt, Hotels. LG Klaus Drüke

Соответствует ожиданиям, для переночевать пару ночей - отлично!
Pros:

Уже не раз тут останавливалась - да, ремонт в номерочках старенький, не евро, но все нужное есть, чистенько, в номере с общей ванной даже есть умывальник, то есть общая ванная, по сути, нужна только для душа и туалета, а умываться и чистить зубы можно в номере, без спешки. =) А в последний приезд ребята вообще выдали мне номер со своей ванной, хотя я бронила с общей - может, кто-то не заехал, но все равно приятно. =) Заезд ночью, кстати, оч простой - приходит в лс на букинге код (проследите только, чтоб он пришел - один раз мне не прислали, пришлось им звонить, но, слава богу, мне ответили без проблем, хотя было уже 23 часа)), вводишь его на кибоксе, висящем на двери, открываешь его - ключ у тебя. ))

Perfect location for Bay Arena

Cons:

Hotel was poor … needs a complete refurb, no hot water after 9.30 pm, room was cold, kettle provided but no cups, no plug in bath sink, no Wi-Fi despite log in info given, you would expect more when paying just over 100 euros, guy on reception seemed embarrassed, like he did not want to be there
