Die Lage..
Extrem versifft!!
Ekelhaft … Sessel der durch Klrperfett abgenutzt war !
Lärm, Nachbarn Eu Rumänen bis Mitternacht kaut telefoniert!
Müll im Flur, Teppich deutlich verschmutzt!

Pros:

Wir waren nicht im Haven Hotel Am Stadion, wir wurden in das Hotel Dano verlegt. 13km vom Stadion entfernt, kein Frühstück obwohl gebucht. Das Zimmer war recht groß und es hatte drei Betten. Klopapier gab es so gut wie gar keins. Personal war auch keins da.
Scheint aber Standart in NRW zu seien.
Wir werden definitiv nie mehr bei dem Hotel buchen.

Letti comodi, camera spaziosa, calda e molti armadi per mettere vestiti

Cons:

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della doccia perché non funzionava l'acqua calda. Riguardo alla pulizia ho trovato qualche capello nelle lenzuola ancora prima di usarle

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hausmeister, der sich um die Schlüsselübergabe und den Parkplatz gekümmert hat. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und frisch.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir bis zu unserer Ankunft um 20:30 Uhr keine Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe erhalten.
Außerdem funktionierte die Dusche überhaupt nicht. Es kam kein Wasser heraus, weder warmes noch kaltes.
Die Unterkunft war einigermaßen sauber, aber schon etwas veraltet. Die Fenster waren leider sehr schlecht schallisoliert, sodass man das Gefühl hatte, direkt auf der Straße zu schlafen.
Hier wären einige Verbesserungen wünschenswert.

Nie było rzeczy, która by mi się podobała w obiekcie.

Cons:

Wszystko, stan faktyczny pokoju nie zgadzał się ze złożoną rezerwacją. Nie otrzymaliśmy podwójnego łóżka, tylko dwa małe, nie dało się ich złączyć, bo na środku była szafka i kontakty a łóżka miały wezgłowia. Pokój był nieposprzątany, podłoga w łazience pełna była paprochów, kurzu i włosów, toaleta nie była umyta. Z pod zlewu kapała woda, musieliśmy podstawiać pojemnik i co kilka godzin go opróżniać, żeby nie doszło do zalania. Wykupiliśmy śniadania, nie udało nam się dowiedzieć w jakich będą godzinach, w internecie znalazłam informację, że serwowane są od 6:30. Nie udało nam się zjeść śniadania, bo faktycznie były serwowane dopiero od 8. Drugiego dnia udało nam się zjeść śniadanie, było fatalne. Właściwie nie było wyboru - kilka plasterków szynki i sera, nic na ciepło. Oczywiście zastane problemy zgłosiliśmy niezwłocznie do recepcji, która nas przeprosiła i zapewniła rekompensatę przy opuszczaniu pokoju. Nic takiego się nie wydarzyło, następnego dnia obsługiwała nas Pani, która nie miała o niczym pojęcia i nie mówiła po angielsku, a kiedy opisaliśmy jej wszystko z tłumaczem to rozłożyła ręce i tyle.
