Great location
Beautiful grounds, including the central courtyard with the pool. I had a very large bedroom (8) - the bathroom was recently renovated. Very nice restaurant - I had dinner there twice. Excellent service by all staff I saw, with great housekeeping. Good balance between being reasonably central, and reasonably quiet for Lubumbashi, away from the noise and bustle of the center.
Common problem of this kind of hotel: Not enough outlets, and some were loose. Restaurant is pricey. Some rooms have covered terraces - mine (room 8) just had a couple chairs outside the terrace - I did envy the ones with shade.
Shower didn't drain well and flooded the bathroom the first day. Luckily there was nothing but a bath mat on the floor. I told the staff but it was not better the next days, so I just took shorter showers.
In the bed area of the room (which, again, was HUGE), there was no way to have natural light and privacy - the windows were right by the walkway, and to have natural light the curtains just needed to be open (no translucent privacy screens, or blinds).

Totally rip off if you make the mistake of eating anything from the minibar. $5 for chocolate. Disgusting!
Hôtel has quality restaurant, pricey but good food.
The night/lounge bar onsite at weekends gets packed. Very convenient for the enthusiast.

Classy restaurant and bars. Located well at the center of Lubumbashi but away from major traffic and noise.
It would seem the hotel is more focused on its restaurant business than improving the guest experience in the rooms. Poor internet connectivity and overpriced drinks and snacks.
