Es war okay, den Preis aber nicht wert.

Die Lage natürlich , das ist der Wahnsinn. Beim Ankunft war Rezeption super nett.
Frühstück war sehr lecker und Spa Bereich vollkommen ausreichend :)

Die Sauberkeit , naja, direkt beim Zimmer öffnen , hat man unter der Sofa Kartoffelchips gesehen, das war komisch 😀
Wir wollten Abendbrot in Hotel Restaurant zu uns nehmen, wir wurden wegen Hund ganz nach hinten geschickt. Dann ignoriert. Also sind wir gegangen und der Bar am Strand hat unseren Abendbrot gerettet. Im Strandbar von Hotel sehr netten Personal :)

Insgesamt fehlte uns Liebe zum Detail, also für uns nicht wirklich 4Sterne. Früher wahrscheinlich eher .
Schade .
Aber die Lage hat vieles weg gemacht .

Die Lage ist hervorragend zum spazieren gehen, baden und um sich zu erholen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und vielfältig. Der Service war gut.
Das Zimmer ist ausreichend für zwei Personen, der Seeblick war traumhaft, Klimaanlage ist vorhanden.
Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Der Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß und kostenlos, die Schranke ist abends verschlossen.

Cons:

Die Gardinen dunkel nicht richtig ab, sodass man mit sanftem Licht geweckt wird.
Im Badezimmer funktionierte der Lüfter nicht, es roch muffig und es kam Wasser aus der Dusche unten raus.
Im Poolbereich war eine große Gruppe die leider sehr laut waren.

Vi bookede to værelser på Hotel Woiński Spa dagen før ankomst og rejste som fire personer, herunder to ældre familiemedlemmer, hvoraf den ene er 83 år og har betydelige gangbesvær.

Vi valgte netop et spa-hotel, fordi vi forventede at kunne ankomme efter en lang køretur, slappe af og spise aftensmad på hotellet uden at skulle ud og lede efter restauranter.

Ved ankomsten blev vi mødt af beskeden om, at restauranten var optaget af et privat selskab. Da vi spurgte receptionen, om det ville være muligt at spise på hotellet senere på aftenen, kunne ingen give et klart svar. Vi fik oplyst, at restauranten måske ville åbne igen kl. 17, kl. 18 eller endnu senere. Der var altså ingen sikkerhed for, om eller hvornår hotellets gæster kunne benytte restauranten.

Efter næsten fire timers kørsel og med kun morgenmad og en kop kaffe i løbet af dagen spurgte vi høfligt, om vi kunne købe drikkevarer og sidde på terrassen væk fra selskabet. Dette blev afvist af restaurantens personale. Som betalende hotelgæster følte vi os på dette tidspunkt hverken velkomne eller prioriterede.

Først efter at en receptionist greb ind, blev vi tilbudt kaffe. Da vi fortsat ikke kunne få et klart svar på, hvornår restauranten ville være tilgængelig, var vi nødt til at finde en anden løsning og køre ud for at spise aftensmad.

For vores ældre familiemedlemmer var situationen både overraskende og ubehagelig. Jeg må ærligt indrømme, at jeg følte mig flov over mit valg af hotel over for resten af selskabet. Vi havde booket to værelser i god tid og forventede en helt anden modtagelse.

Det mest skuffende er, at situationen kunne have været undgået. Hotellet må have været fuldt ud bekendt med det private arrangement, da vi foretog reservationen dagen før ankomst. Alligevel blev vi ikke informeret om, at restaurantens tilgængelighed ville være påvirket. Havde vi fået denne information på forhånd, kunne vi have planlagt vores ophold anderledes eller valgt et andet hotel.
