Pros:

L’emplacement , la plage, la piscine, la qualité des cocktails proposés, le centre de beauté (les prestations de qualité du personnel), les jardins magnifiques

Cons:

La restauration est très chère par rapport au service et a la qualité des produits (peu inventif et par exemple poissons d’élevage)
Trop de stagiaires dans le personnel de restauration
Bcp de végétation, ce qui est très bien mais implique un entretien très rigoureux par exemple des terrasses privatives

Wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen
Pros:

Die Lage am Ende der Bucht, sowie das Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Cons:

Beim Check-in müssten wir die Koffer selber auf das Zimmer bringen.
Im Zimmer keine Flasche Wasser, nicht einmal bei unserer Ankunft - wohlgemerkt in einem 5* Hotel. Das hinterlässt ein unschönes Gefühl.
Aus unserer Sicht überhöhte Preise in der Gastronomie.

Nice enough but rooms were not as advertised
Pros:

location location location! lovely and the outside amenities were significant but the rooms are not 5 star and not even 4. The pool bar was the best and Fabio and Elena were terrific- they deserve the stars. the inside staff were cold, aloof and indifferent and I did not have the room I booked so it was difficult to navigate the property. All in all disappointing.

Una vacanza da sogno
Pros:

L'hotel è pazzesco, in una posizione fantastica nella baia della Biodola, forse la più bella dell'isola.
Le camere sono un sogno, sempre pulite e ordinate, con una magnifica vista sul mare.
La colazione è super, non c'è cosa che non possano offrire, tutto con ingredienti di ottima qualità.
Consigliato se si cerca un'esperienza top!
