The staff were incredible

Cons:

Very old fashioned for what we paid. The room whilst clean was very dated.
Food was average and some of the meat was not great.
For the price we paid the a la carte breakfast should have been included.

4* hotel experience for 5* hotel price
Pros:

The location of the hotel, direct beach access, beach catering service (should be digitalized), gym, bar, food quality.

Cons:

All orders are managed on paper, therefore lack of transparency on the orders, restaurant service was felt similer to food chains, 1 restaurant was closed, the promoted room picture on booking was a different one that we got.
