Las instalaciones, las promociones de consumo, la tranquilidad y seguridad del lugar. La comida y cócteles muy buenos.

Cons:

Aunque el lugar admite mascotas y cobra un costo adicional por día, las políticas de restricción de acceso complican bastante la estadía. No se permite que las mascotas estén en áreas como la piscina o el restaurante, lo que obliga a dejarlas en la habitación. Esto genera estrés tanto para el animal como para la familia, ya que al momento de disfrutar de la piscina o ir a comer no es posible compartir con la mascota. Además, el lugar no ofrece espacios designados donde la familia pueda permanecer cómodamente junto a su mascota, lo que obliga a turnarse para quedarse en la habitación en lugar de disfrutar juntos de las instalaciones.

Estadía y habitación.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, fácil acceso en vehículo. Buena atención por parte del personal.

Cons:

No nos gustó que nos hospedaran en una habitación adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida, claramente no la escogimos.
Al escoger la habitación en el app indica que cuentan con tina o bañera, sin embargo, eso no es así, y se nos indicó que es un problema de Booking ya conocido...
La cama se escogio Queen o King, sin embargo, lo que el Hotel hizo fue unir dos camas individuales para asemejar una Queen.

Pros:

プールがあり、市街地から少し離れているのて、全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気。
部屋の変更は残念だったが、できる限りのサービスを検討してくれた。

Cons:

部屋に蟻が出たのと、バーの真裏で騒音がひどく、またあまりにも写真と違う部屋だったので、伝えたら、グレードダウンになったが空き部屋に変更してもらえた。

Hotel premises, the food and bar service. They put a really nice birthday decoration - much appreciated!!

Cons:

The room was ok but it felt old. Certainly not worth $200+ per night rate. Plus the "king bed" was 2 beds together with an uncomfortable division in between.
No reading /nightstand light (always useful) and no coffee maker and coffee in room, which is almost a given everywhere now. Especially for the rate

Amazing end of summer
Pros:

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel, the staff was in particular amazing, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food, the cleanliness.

Cons:

The location might be an inconvenient but the staff would help organize any kind of transportation but still wouldn't take away from how good the hotel is

Un lugar céntrico y seguro
Pros:

La facilidad, el parqueo , la seguridad , las opciones de desayuno, las instalaciones son bonitas y nos recibieron con un coco que estaba delicioso.

Cons:

Que el cargador de carro eléctrico rapido fuera exclusivo de coricar, la ducha estaba en mal estado entonces se movía y se bajaba , también que la cantidad de agua que salía no era cómoda para bañarse, la cobertura del internet era deficiente en el baño no tenía internet, y había que desconectarse y conectarse al wifi constantemente.
