Cons:

WiFi didn't reach room, bike rental was enquired about prior to arrival but not actually available when we arrived, pool bar mischarged us for drinks and staff refused to correct the charge, room very sparse, we arrived early and were invited to sit by the pool until check-in but not offered early check-in despite the room was obviously ready early in hindsight - not expected but would have been a really nice way to elevate our experience.
