Einfach wunderbar!
Pros:

Wir haben spontan drei Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht, da ich leider woanders erkrankt bin und damit bereits krank hier eingezogen bin.

Man hat sich sehr liebevoll um mich gekümmert und mich stets gefragt, ob man mir irgendwie helfen konnte, Medikamente besorgen, zum Arzt bringen etc.

Der Service/Personal ist also ausgezeichnet!

Das gesamte Hotel macht einen sehr schönen und sauberen Eindruck.

Das Essen,(dass wenige, dass ich essen konnte aufgrund der Erkrankung), hat hervorragend geschmeckt, großes Lob auch an den Koch!

Sollten wir mal wieder hier sein, würden wir definitiv hier wohnen!

Personal, Hotelanlage, Pool, Essen, alles stimmt hier!

Es gibt nichts zu meckern!

Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno. la atención del personal excelente. Buena ubicación, aunque un poco retirada de la playa (igual se puede ir caminando). Restaurant con menú acotado y muy sabroso.
Los horarios en la noche también se respeta, lo cual asegura un buen descanso

Cons:

Tenía un "invitado" en el entretecho y nunca lo sacaron (posiblemente una iguana o pájaro). Se entiende que estoy en sector caribeño y que existe mucha fauna y se entiende que pueda ingresar un animal, pero, no debería estar 5 días.

Overall, the stay was good. I liked the hotel exterior, the pool, and the breakfast, and the walk to the beach is short.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the “Standard” and “Economy” options appear to be the same room, despite what is written in the description. When booking, there is a difference in the listed square metres, but in reality both options seem to be the same room (No. 36).

Also, the bar menu does not state that prices do not include tax and service fees, which together add almost 40% to the final bill.

Besides that, we were lucky to upgrade the room and stay in a larger room with a terrace. However, even during the dry season the humidity is extremely high, which worsened my allergies while staying in the room, and the towels are always wet because of humidity, but it's not the fault of the hotel.

Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht, da war es sehr gemütlich.
Pros:

Wunderschöner Poolbereich, in der Anlage integriert, mit Aussicht auf Urwald mit zahlreichen Tucanen, schönes Ambiente im Restaurant, gutes Frühstück, viel Wert auf Sicherheit

Cons:

Das Zimmer Nummer 9 hat eine Lage etwas nach unten versetzt direkt neben der Bar, etwas muffig. Am ersten Tag extremer Geruch nach Chemikalien, konnten es nicht zuordnen ob Reinigungsmittel-oder Insektengift, keine Nachttischlampe, kein Abfalleimer , Lärm bis 22.00 Uhr von der Bar

The server was terrible had to get my own coffee had to ask for water, had to ask for silverware had to ask for fruit and juice. Over all he really suck 😒 the next day the server was much better the food was good.
