El paraíso en Manzanillo
Pros:

El personal es muy atento y amable. La piscina junto a ese entorno te trasladaba al Paraíso. La habitación era cómoda. Disponer de café en la habitación en todo momento. E incluso agua potable fresquita con y sin burbujas las 24h. Los desayunos eran Excelentes. El acceso a la playa está a unos 200 metros a pié, desde el que podrías acceder a la playa de Manzanillo.
Nos permitieron dejar el coche y una maleta en sus instalaciones mientras nos trasladamos a Bocas del Toro (Panamá) durante 3 días.

Cons:

Cómo crítica constructiva hubiera sido un lujazo disponer de un pequeño frigorífico en la habitación.

Wunderschönes Hotel, tolles Ambiente, moderne und sehr saubere Zimmer und Pool.

Cons:

Ein 5 Sterne Hotel auf Campingniveau.
12 Stunden Stromausfall in der Nacht, das bedeutet keine AC/ Fan aber auch kein Wasser für Toilettenspülung. In der Folgenacht erneut kein Wasser bis 9 AM. Dies liegt vermulich an der abgeschiedenen Lage des Hotels, da in Puerto Viejo der Strom nicht dauerhaft audgefallen ist.
Was aber überhaupt nicht tragbar ist, sind die unhygienischen Verhältnisse beim Frühstück.. Zahlreiche Ameisen unter den Tischsets, das Buffett ist nicht abgedeckt, so dass es vor Insekten schwirrt. Die Bedienung stellte das Frühstück mit zwei Fliegen auf den Tisch.. Auch hier. keine Abdeckung. Das geht so nicht!

Hotel a cinque stelle che in realtà sono tre!
Pros:

Carina la struttura e pulita la piscina.

Cons:

Non un hotel a 5 stelle! Camera normale, condizionatore non regolabile, letto scomodo e cuscini troppi alti. Pulizie molto presto al mattino e musica della hall che arriva fino in camera. pochissima pressione dell’acqua della doccia, acqua poco calda. passerella che quando piove diventa molto scivolosa. Ristorante caro e nulla di speciale. Colazione molto lenta, ma buona, però con molte api e insetti che svolazzano. Prezzo alto per quello che offre. Camere poco insonorizzate. Spiaggia non curata, anzi quasi inesistente, come il passaggio per arrivarci, sporco e fangoso. Lettini della “spiaggia” distrutti.

The staff, the location and the property

Cons:

Water pressure for hot water reduces in the with some of the rooms (in the mornings), no microwave (not a big deal but would be nice for price paid. Also, more variety for breakfast.
Please update pictures of property on booking websites to current not old location mixed in.

Beautiful 3 night stay at Exotico
Pros:

Beautiful room and grounds, lovely pool area, and amazing breakfast.
5 min walk to the beach. 20 min drive to town.
Huge comfortable bed and nice bathroom (but it is part of the bedroom so no privacy - we didn’t mind)
Felt like a real luxury 5* hotel but the price was cheaper than some of the 3 stars we stayed at in Costa Rica!
Staff were generally good (bar staff could possibly seem a slightly uninterested at times)

Cons:

The only thing I would add would be a mini fridge in the room.
