Soggiorno gelido, in tutti i sensi
Pros:

La posizione centrale, la doccia calda

Cons:

Poca gentilezza, superficialità nel controllare prenotazione e pagamento tramite Booking, mancanza di parcheggio ma, soprattutto, la temperatura in camera a 17,6 gradi. Inutile dire che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è inaccettabile.
La signora bionda che mi ha "accolta" sosteneva che non avessi la prenotazione ed ha controllato sul mio cellulare. Si è scocciata perché non avevo capito dove si facesse la colazione (bar sul lato opposto della strada), parlava velocemente ed un tedesco che faticavo a comprendere. La sera al rientro alle 22 era tutto buio, anche alla porta principale, ho dovuto usare la torcia del cellulare. La temperatura in camera era 18 gradi e non c‘era nessuno a cui chiedere se si potesse avere più caldo! Al mattino era scesa a 17,6. Nemmeno la doccia mi ha scaldata ed ho dormito usando entrambi i piumoni. Al momento della colazione la signora al bar ha detto che la stanza era da pagare!!! In realtà era già stata saldata direttamente tramite Booking. Ha controllato e si è scusata. Per quanto riguardava la temperatura in camera, mi ha candidamente detto che lei dorme sempre con 18 gradi! Non è accettabile, si fa quel che si vuole a casa! In hotel bisogna dare la possibilità di poterla cambiare.
Ho trovato il prezzo molto caro in rapporto al "servizio“! Ho dormito in altre Fachwerkhäuser decisamente confortevoli ed a prezzi intorno ai 90/95 euro. Certamente per mantenerle bene, come previsto dal consorzio della Fachwerkstrasse, bisogna investire

Wir wurden von der Chefin persönlich geführt, die uns sogar das Gepäck trug. Unser Zimmer war eigentlich eine Wohnung.. richtig groß.

Vorsaison in Miltenberg
Pros:

Wir hatten ein kleines Familientreffen anlässlich eines Geburtstages.
Das Mittagessen im Gasthaus Zipf war super. Es war Cordon Bleu-Woche. Alle haben es bestellt in verschiedenen Ausführungen. Wir waren begeistert!

Schöne Wohnung für Stadtbesuch
Pros:

Das Zimmer im Haupthaus: Inventar schon etwas älter, aber sauber und gemütlich. Großer Raum mit Sofa, Sessel etc - würde ich weiter empfehlen.
Restaurant: Wir haben verschiedene Speisen probiert - alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war perfekt zubereitet. Die Portionen sind allerdings schon recht klein.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas dürftig. Bereits ab 9.00 einiges nicht mehr da (Spiegelei, Brot, nur noch wenige Brötchen, zwei einsame Scheiben Bacon etc). Nachgefüllt wurde nicht (nur auf Nachfrage). Das Buffet ist ja doch mit 14,80 Euro im Preis bewertet - dafür war es zu wenig.

Sehr schönes uhriges Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen war super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, es ist für jeden was dabei.

Immer wieder gerne!!!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit großzügigem neuem Badezimmer in einem Hotel, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Frühstück war sensationell und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Nicht zu vergessen, ein Abendessen im Lokal, welches ein Wiederkommen als Muss angesehen wird.

Da findet sich überhaupt nichts.

Gute Frühstück, schlecht bzw fast garnicht geschlafen
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage und zeitgemäß ausgestattete Zimmer.
Die Dame am Frühstücksbuffet sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Dame vom Empfang war sehr unfreundlich, das Zimmer war nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt ( Haare und Staub bzw unter dem Bett Staubflocken ),das Bett hat bei der kleinsten Bewegung bzw Drehung sehr laut geknarzt so das es unmöglich war eine ruhige erholsame Nacht zu haben.
