A lovely escape from reality.

Cons:

Very small room, not value for money.small sink in very small bathroom which didn't drain. Room was extremely warm, bed was so uncomfortable, my partner now has a sore back and shoulder from the bed. There is a large hole in the curtain. Could hear the people in the upstairs room. We also had to wait 10 minutes for someone to appear at reception to check in.

Quiet and the breakfast was good

Cons:

No air conditioning as this was advertised on trip adviser and we were in a loft room .Staff apologised and gave us a fan which helped a little

Pros:

Lovely staff, great food and convenient location. Rooms very clean and comfortable . We had great meal in the restaurant and the lad looking after us was fantastic, he went out of his way to ensure we had a great evening :)

Cons:

We had problem with the key card at night and unfortunately since the reception is closed at night we had to wake up the member of staff on call and make her drive in to sort it out. The girl attending was lovely but I felt so sorry to drag her out of bed after midnight:)

Fantastic hotel and grounds, local mansions are amazing too..
Cons:

Really lovely place provided you have a car. Staff were all exceptionally kind and courteous, genuinely lovely helpful people. Like 5 star staff..

Staff exceptional, venue lovely and clean!
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Very helpful, friendly and professional and always on hand to help, arranged for us to have a late checkout, which was great! The venue was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Okay but don’t feel the hotel room was worth the price.
Pros:

Nice grounds and surrounding area.
Room was clean.

Cons:

The room was quite small. No fridge or complementary water. Only two bath towels and one hand towel provided, normally there’s an extra towel or two - which I need for my hair. Bathroom was basic, no shelf or anywhere to put toiletries, shower took ages to heat up then was hard to maintain a steady temperature.

Very poor , my daughter and had no sleep all night due to noise all night . Will never come back
Pros:

not much , quiz guy was very good but bar staff not friendly.

Cons:

We had a very bad stay . Didn’t sleep all night due to car alarms going off , fire works , cars engines getting revved up at 2am . Terrible stay .

Avoid as web site must be pictures from years ago

Promises so much but delivers so very very little
Can’t find any good things on this

Cons:

Staff on reception make you feel like an inconvenience
No manners or interest rooms very poor
No detail on WiFi food breakfast etc
Cold dated rooms
In much need if maintenance
Even car park is poorly set out
Bath has plug that does not fit
Shower is pathetic
Tap is loose handles are loose bed is awful and pillows a joke
