Ottima posizione e staff gentile .

Cons:

Camere obsolete con moquette e manopole anni 80 per i lavandini in bagno . La colazione non prevede alcun prodotto fresco , tutto confezionato e purtroppo prodotti di discount . Nessuna presenza di cucchiai per servirsi dei cereali e nessuna possibilità di caffetteria fresca ( solo macchinetta ). Per il prezzo pagato almeno la colazione andrebbe decisamente rivista . Abbiamo provato anche la pizzeria , ottima la pizza ma spropositato il prezzo di coperto ( 3 euro a pax) considerato che si mangia di salviette di carta e non è previsto pane . In aggiunta il personale maschile di sala è stato infastidito dalla presenza del nostro bimbo a cui non è stato riservato nemmeno un saluto in risposta al suo e nessuna interazione in risposta alle sue . Il bimbo ha cenato con una pizza ed un dolce , essendo quindi un cliente pagante anche se i bambini non piacciono gli è ‘ dovuto un trattamento cortese come per tutti gli ospiti .

Immer wieder eine Wiederholung wert!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und wurden super freundlich behandelt. Besonders Amanda ( die nette junge Dame an der Rezeption )hat uns unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln und es wurde sich regelmäßig erkundigt ob wir zufrieden sind. Also alles in allem ein hohes Level an Service!!!!
Bei der Abreise überreichte Sie uns ein selbst gemaltes Bild für unseren Sohn mit einer persönlichen Widmung für uns alle…….wie liebevoll!!!
Sehr empfehlenswert. Ab Anfang ist das eigene Restaurant wieder offen und das genießen wir beim nächsten Mal.

Cons:

Einzigste Mängel ist die anliegende Strasse mit Kopfsteinpflaster, doch dafür kann dass Hotel nichts.

Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno informato che ci avevano fatto un upgrade della camera ed è stata una bella sorpresa inaspettata. Ottima stanza e bagno enorme. Abbiamo alloggiato una notte e tutto è andato bene, fuori la struttura ci sono posti con strisce bianche per parcheggiare gratuitamente e anche la colazione aveva tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno.
