Clean and pleasant enough to spend one night, but definitely not a place to enjoy your stay.
Pros:

The hotel is located a few hundred meters from the beach (5 minutes walk). That Sunday afternoon, the beach side was crowded, which was surprising, because the rest of the area is like a ghost town.

The receptionist could talk a very little of english but was a nice person. The toileteries include a shaver.

Cons:

There is strictly nothing around, except some noisy people who seem to live in the surroundings and act like they are alone in the street (which is not completely untrue, by the way). Some people started speaking loudly at 6 in the morning, you could hear them from the rooms at the second floor, and the staff didn't do anything for them to lower the tone.

The hotel is in the middle of a wasteland, and even the "main street" looks like empty. You can find a minimart not far where to get basic stuff, but again, it is limited.

And as usual, there is nothing "luxury", in this luxury hotel, except if you are used to living in a tin shack. The room is quite clean, but the finishing is poor, and the walls are stained. There is no view (execpt on the waste land). The wardrobe door was creaking but not closing, the linen were wrinkled, and the bedside lamp was not working. The shower is strange to use.

The water bottles were not even 500 ml.

For me, it is a 12.5/20.

2kleine Flaschen Wasser und Chips wurden relativ teuer abgerechnet (fast umgerechnet 10€)
