Our overall stay was good. The place is quiet and peaceful.
Pros:

My room preference, as I was only told upon checkin was impossible to meet because we had different room types. I just hope the hotel communicated the response early on.

I think my booking also specified Arayat view rooms which were not also met. :-(

Cons:

Customer preferences and requests, if cannot be accomodated should be communicated early on.

Pros:

Nice lobby.

Cons:

A bit disappointed because the there is used pillows in the bed - we know its used because there are hair on it when we arrived. Also, the wifi signal in our room is not good.
