Cons:

while checking out, the reception included a pastry order bill which I did not order. It took to long for verification of room, waiting in reception.

Pros:

Nice lobby.

Cons:

A bit disappointed because the there is used pillows in the bed - we know its used because there are hair on it when we arrived. Also, the wifi signal in our room is not good.

Decent hotel beside the Laus Convention Center
Pros:

Very close to the Laus Center which was my main destination. Hotel room size is comfortable. There is drinking water & Ice available in the hotel floors. There is a nice mini garden. The staff are friendly.

Cons:

Cable tv was not working on day1 of our stay. Bed is old and not comfortable. You can hear movements at the adjacent room.

A little bit frustrated…

It seemed the staff were not aware of the room type we chose. He tried to convince us that we had booked a standard room, not a junior suite, despite showing our confirmed booking. Even after that, they gave us a standard room and claimed there would be a bunk bed. However, there was no bunk bed when we entered. I complained, and once they found out that I am a Gold member, they immediately transferred us to the correct room—the junior suite. What a mess !
