Pros:

Quite big room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

Swimming pool was in maintenance. Without the pool, the hotel doesn't offer anything special, therefore, it's overcharging. Quite loud, could hear all noise from the reception area and street.

Ok for one night stopover
Pros:

It was a convenient stop over for our trip to the jungle.

Cons:

It was a very basic hotel and the rooms were sparse. Breakfast was ok but not inspiring! Not in the best area of town with limited options for eating.

Find for a relaxing stop off en route to border
Pros:

The receptionist was very helpful and booked me a taxi to get to the bus stop for the border.
The pool was nice after a long bus journey.
The room is spacious and bed hard.
There are nearby shops and restaurants and doesn't feel unsafe

Cons:

Shower was luke warm and weak.
$33 is quite expensive for Ecuador given the poor shower and no breakfast.
The hotel is a bit run down.
