I am expresing my dissatisfaction with an experience I had while trying to check in this hotal for a one-day stay along with my cousin.
Despite having a confirmed booking and presenting our original Aadhaar cards at the front desk, we were denied check-in by the staff member at the lobby. He claimed the ID cards did not "match" and insisted that both individuals' details should appear on a single ID, which is neither a standard requirement nor mentioned in your booking terms.
What made the situation worse was the staff’s extremely rude behavior. Even after multiple polite requests and clarifications, he refused to cooperate and showed no willingness to help. We had traveled a long distance and were looking for a short rest before continuing our journey, but this interaction caused significant inconvenience and mental distress.
This experience not only disrupted our travel plans but also negatively affected our perception of both the property and Booking.com as a platform. I urge you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that other guests are not subjected to similar treatment in the future.

Such behavior not only affects the reputation of Booking.com but also causes mental agony to customers. I request that this issue be escalated and a proper remedy be provided for the trouble and distress we experienced.

Ci hanno messo inizialmente in stanze nel seminterrato (accoglienza 1. Piano) che sembravano delle prigioni buie e sporche. Dopo nostre rimostranze ci hanno dato due stanze al primo piano pagando un supplemento. 2 stanze anziché le 3 richieste. Pulizie sommarie e ogni cosa decadente. Persona all’accoglienza scostante e respingente.

Staff... Gst bills were not given but we were charged with gst. Till date gst bills not sent to .me. they actually promised to send us the gst bills

The staff behaviour
A. One of their staff knocked the door around 7.30 in the morning and asked us for a tip... He wanted tea cash it seems and he is leaving for the day.. this was our last day and he thought this is the best chance to get a tip. We never took any service from him at any point of time.
2. The hotel manager an elderly person got so offended when we asked for a gst bill. We wanted a bill because they collected Rs 1800 plus tax rs 216 per day , for 4 days. They were very strict and adamant that they will have to collect the gst amount . Infact the last day we vacated the room one night earlier and we requested for a discount in rent. But the manager said it is not possible and charged us full amount. But when asked for gst bill he got so angry and said he will send it in watsapp... Till now we have not got one
