The taxis came in a timely manner
This is BAD!!! Please see photos to back up review. Once we arrived and got into our room it’s smelled like piss. After reviewing and searching for the smell we noticed the toilet was very dirty with dried up pee on the seat area stool inside. I immediately brought it to staff attention they agreed to change out room. Lo and behold the next room shower didn’t work properly and there was and other bad smell, after searching we found old cheese in an ice bucket. Very stink!! We were then changed to a third room (delux) only for us not to have microwave and the sink area to be nasty 🤧 so each time I needed to heat up food I had to walk down 3 levels and back. I was very unsatisfied with the conditions of the rooms. The bathrooms need to be updated and the cleaning staff needs to be monitored in their cleaning process. We were skeptical to eat from there because of this bad experience. This was my third time staying here as I have each time I went to Suriname and this was the worst. I would not return for another bad experience sorry. But all staff was kind and gentle I must say just need to do better for the price you’re paying. I use to recommend here to others but I won’t again. I usually vlog when I travel but I spared them and didn’t do it

La chambre avait une odeur de produit, le frigo vétuste et pas brancher, pas d'eau chaude dans la salle d'eau, une armoire vétuste.

Property was decent,staff friendly and responsive.Had a broken shower the first night,they quickly repaired it the next day.The hotel needs to put basic amenities like big bottles of water not small ones,soap,shower gel,etc.The breakfast could be better.It is in far location compared to other hotels in the area,for the money you are paying at least put a decent and better breakfast to pull in more customers.

I liked the fact that there were attractions such as casino, pool for those who liked that. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff assist getting a taxi.
