Everything was really good and the staff is very friendly even though they couldn’t speak English they tried their best to communicate. Especially the cleaning lady was really nice and friendly.Overall worth everything.
Nothing
Smoke-free hotel. Everyone smokes everywhere - reception, hallways, bar, elevators: staff allows to do it. Not sure that it's safe for hotel that starts from 30th floor level and higher. Also extremely not comfortable for non-smokers.
In-room dining - not sure that it's convenient to order for regular guests who is not friendly with gadgets

Little difficult for English speaking travellers. Had to leave at 5.30 am for airport. Previous night was assured at reception that for an extra charge a large car / taxi was booked and reserved for going to airport for 3 of us. This wasn’t done and had a problem arranging a ride last minute as there were no taxis hanging around early morning
Great location close to the museum. The staff was great and helpful despite the language barrier. The diner selection was good, fresh and enjoyed it.
