Ubicación perfecta para visitar la zona centro donde está lo mas bonito de Salamanca.
Trato del personal genial, nos dieron todo tipo de información.

Cons:

No tiene parking.
Reservé dos habitaciones dobles y me pareció algo caro,. (97,93€ 1 habitación por noche) ,siendo un hotel de una estrella con habitaciones reformadas pero muy básicas y sin desayuno.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, la habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal muy amable.

Por señalar algo a mejorar, se escucha de forma puntual el paso de gente por el pasillo y algún ruido de las habitaciones, pero nada que impidiera descansar bien.

It's located in a prime location, just steps from the historic center and the Via de la Plata (Silver Route). The rooms are well-appointed and very clean. The reception staff is excellent. A smile, a willingness to listen, and advice are readily available.
I'd say this hotel is the ideal stopover for both tourists and pilgrims.

Tranquilidad y comodidad en Salamanca

La cama, la almohada, el aire acondicionado y la tranquilidad de la habitación. La ubicación para mi es perfecta ya que al no estar tan el centro de la ciudad es más tranquilo.

Cons:

No es nada malo, pero solo apuntar que no hay ascensor, hay montacargas donde cabe solo 1 o 2 personas.

La amabilidad del personal
Tuvimos un problema con el ruido del aire acondicionado en la habitación y la persona de recepción nos cambió a otra habitación inmediatamente por lo que le estamos muy agradecidos porque no dudo
ni un momento en hacer el cambio sin cuestionarlo

El baño muy pequeño y poco espacio para salir de la bañera, preferible plato ducha. Las paredes de papel fumar, se oía absolutamente todo. Tacones en el piso de arriba que no paraban en toda la noche
