DONT BOOK HERE ITS A SCAM

Cons:

Our room didn’t exist. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM. We booked the penthouse apartment and when we arrived they said it’s been over-booked and wanted to send us to a different hotel which had 1/5 reviews which all mentioned a scam, robberies, and unclean conditions. They are refusing to give us a refund and are lying to booking.com

this experience was unacceptable and I even had to change accommodation in the middle of the night. The cleanliness was extremely poor. There was visible mold in the bed and even on the pillow. When I reported it, the 'solution' offered was simply to remove the pillowcase, which doesn’t really solve the issue. The shared-bathroom conditions were just as bad: the floor was covered with cigarette butts. After using one of their towels, I found hairs on my body that clearly did not belong to me, which was very disgusting. What made the situation worse was how uncomfortable and unsafe I felt. There was inappropriate behavior from another guest in the bathroom area, and the situation was not handled properly by staff.

Photo très bien prise mais qui reflète pas vraiment la réalité de l’hôtel.
L’hôtel fait propre mais en réalité c’est assez sale : taches sur les draps, cendres dans l’évier, coussin pas propre.

Dès le Check in on on nous rend pas toute la monnaie de la réservation, de pas beaucoup mais sur le principe c’est pas ouf qu’on essaye de nous carotte.

On nous met dans une chambre inférieure où il y une forte odeur de cigarette, les draps sales et les oreillers pas lavé/propre.

On demande à changer de chambre parce dans tous les cas c’est pas celle là qu’on avait réservé. On nous dit que notre chambre à un problème de travaux mais qu’on peut nous mettre dans une autre chambre. C’est très arrangeant mais bien aussi de le faire avant et d’anticiper.

On essaye de récupérer les sacs qu’on avait déposé dans la chambre précédente mais la clef ne fonctionne pas. On nous ouvre alors la porte avec une autre clef.

Bref un Check in qui dure 45 minutes et pas vraiment dans la joie.

Not at all how it appears in the photos.
Cons:

Do not stay here. When we arrived the room appeared to not have been cleaned and the door would not lock. The staff were unhelpful in helping us. On top of this the fridge had an infestation and we were not provided with any kitchen utensils.
