Cons:

We booked a triple room with half board for 2 adults and a 5-year-old child. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing: food was poor, tasteless, with no water included, and we had to ask every time to be served. Only adults received meals, although the booking was for 3 people. The pool was very cold (20°C), the room extremely basic (no fridge, no toiletries), and the staff were not very friendly with limited English. The bed was very squeaky and made loud noise with every small movement, and we could also hear the tourists staying upstairs. Honestly, I would ask for a refund if it were possible. Definitely not recommended.

Don't trust if you made resevation at this place
Pros:

Idea of Eco village is good

Cons:

When I've arrived to the place I was told that village is closed even I paid my reservation and received confirmation. I should go with my family to look for another place to stay after long road.

The staff were friendly and kind, the place was clean with a beautiful view and the dog loves to be given pets

Cons:

The communication regarding products should be improved between kitchen and service. (Knowing what the food is made of, especially when you're serving pre choosen meals, it's important. )

Great place, wonderful find
Pros:

A chill location, amazing view, wonderful air. It's was too bad we were just passing through. Everyone was helpful when we had issues and they made us good drinks and breakfast. Very cozy, quiet, beds were comfy and we slept like babies. The dogs are so friendly and happy to be around people. On nighttime in the summer, net to the big flood lights we say praying mantis, and different bugs, butterflies and moths with beautiful colors. The restaurant is very interesting and you can find some games and handmade sculptures, paintings or rocks. Truly cozy <3

Cons:

Absolutely no problem on location, it was amazing. I would like to draw attention to that fact that on the road up the mountain there were sheep with guard dogs which wanted to bite the car mirrors. If you see a flock of sheep nearby, close the car windows please, for safety.

Pros:

Nice helpful staff, good local food, nice location with beautiful view

Cons:

There were local drinks beer and rakia at the restaurant, however i would suggest serving not just local home-made wines, but some local bottled varieties from the region known for its wineries (Melnik for example). Also serving large bottles of sparkling mineral water would be a plus :)
