terrible
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

I got there with a confirmed unrefundale reservation. In the recepetion 2 ladies (that did not speak english) told me with the help of a waiter that the hotel is overbooked and they cant give me any room and i should cancel the reservation myself. They were rude and telling me its not their fault. I had to call booking myself and wait on calls for over an hour to make sure i wouldnt be charged.

Avoid if you are not from Bulgaria because they are not friendly at all.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The receptionist was very rude.
And I know that when you have a hotel, you have to know English to speak with foreigners, because you can’t show me the clock with the finger and make a nasty face at me to tell me that I have arrived too earlier when I wanted to ask nicely if we can or can’t check in earlier.
