Avoid if you are not from Bulgaria because they are not friendly at all.

The receptionist was very rude.
And I know that when you have a hotel, you have to know English to speak with foreigners, because you can’t show me the clock with the finger and make a nasty face at me to tell me that I have arrived too earlier when I wanted to ask nicely if we can or can’t check in earlier.
