Pros:

Location was ideal for the crematorium which was the reason we stayed.

Cons:

We stayed in room 17. Some noise from.a generator or something nearby but otherwise quiet. Not keen on having to walk through a function or to exit via a fire exit to avoid doing so.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would cerainly revisit.

Cons:

The only "improvements" to suggest are relatively minor - vis:
Some type of "shelf for toiletries" in the bathroom; breakfast was a bit uninspiring - no "menu", a narrow range of "options" available...indeed the only one mentioned by staff was "full English"...or parts thereof.

I have stayed several times and will continue to return as the overall experience is very good.
Pros:

Staff & Service excellent. Cleanliness & room preparation. Food excellent, good choice, good value.

Cons:

Room size. Noise from other guests / movements.

Pros:

Very good breakfast. Plenty of hot good quality food. Parking was good. Location was good for a meeting nearby. Check in staff were friendly.

Cons:

Bed was most uncomfortable, could feel every spring. The hotel is a bit tired. The shower was not good at all, and not clean. Breakfast staff seemed disinterested in guests.

Hotel was beautiful but the room not so much.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful but the room i stayed in was small and cold, I couldn't put the radiator on as it was full of dust on the top and I have copd. Next time I will order a more expensive room if I have the spare funds

Cons:

The room was smaller than I expected and the shower had half a screen so the water was going all over the floor.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, came for a funeral could not fault anything. Staff were very attentive. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. If we are down that way again definitely stay there. Thanks
