Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Struttura semplice ed economica, ma davvero accogliente. Il personale è stato fantastico: gentile, sorridente e super disponibile.
Avevamo prenotato per errore una camera matrimoniale invece di una doppia, e senza alcun problema ci hanno offerto due singole allo stesso prezzo — un gesto davvero apprezzato!
Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, ideale per chi cerca un posto pulito, tranquillo e con un’accoglienza che fa la differenza.

Heartwarming staff, I felt very welcome
Pros:

Typical Italian breakfast, but individually put on the table with a selection of juices, jam and biscuits. You can see the care they put in every detail. It seems like a family business, the staff was exceptional, everyone super kind and available for anything you needed, even when you're already in the room they keep answering messages through the booking chat. The room has a kettle and mugs for you to have a cup of tea during your stay. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room and the bathroom are not that spacious, but spotless clean, so it makes up for it. It also doesn't have a frigobar, just to keep in mind., but again, for a short staying the pros are stronger than those small cons.

Exceptionnel
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux dans cet hôtel tout confort et calme.Le propriétaire nous a ouvert son garage afin d'y garer nos motos pour la nuit. Il a aussi téléphoné dans 2 pizzerias pour nous réserver une table. Et le petit-déjeuner digne d'un 4 étoiles.
Et tout ça en français.
Je recommande
Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
