Tolles Hotel an guter Lager, hat unter der neuen Führung den persönlichen Touch verloren - schade.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Receptionist (Sacha).

Cons:

Neues Servicepersonal war unerfahren, unaufmerksam und desinteressiert. Frühstücksbuffet wurde erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage aufgefüllt.

I didn’t sleep in the Hotel, as I moved to Sils Maria. But hotel was kind to pay me back even if they didn’t have to. So good experience and thanks to the nice management.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, surtout en salle à manger.

Cons:

De ne pas pouvoir déjeuner à l'hôte
l avant le marathon de l'engadine !!...nous devions prendre le 1er bus à 6h et le petit-déjeuner était annoncé dès 6h15..

Perfect for the Ski Marathon
Pros:

It’s s very nice traditional Swiss hotel and was a great place to stay for the Ski Marathon week.
They have what is probably the best hotel breakfast i have ever had. It was perfect for fueling a day of XC skiing.
There are numerous large and comfortable public areas to relax with a cocktail in the evening.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
I hope to return.

Après avoir été clients depuis plus de vingt ans, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement.
Pros:

La literie est très confortable. La situation géographique est bonne. Une pizzeria se trouve dans le même bâtiment.

Cons:

Les oeufs brouillés étaient secs. Les yajourts étaient trop liquides. Manque d'hygiène lors de la coupe des pains avec des pics à pain instables. Personnel qui tousse dans sa main et qui ensuite met en place le buffet. Les assiettes du petit-déjeuner ne sont pas desservies au fur et à mesure, donc la place manque sur la table. Absence totale et complète d'un chef de service. Le personnel de la salle est laissé à l'abandon. Manque de coordination et d'information dans le service en salle. La réceptionniste ne daigne même pas se lever de son poste de travail lorsqu'on a une réclamation à faire. La chambre que nous avions réservée ne correspondait pas aux photos du site.

Wunderbarer Ort mit viel Charme!
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Stil und Charme! Es gibt viele gemütliche Ecken um sich wohl zu fühlen.
Die Lage ist top. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, mit vielen Variationen an frischem Brot! Die Zimmer waren einwandfrei und sehr sauber. Die Betten empfanden wir als bequem.
Ein wunderbarer Ort um entspannte Ferien zu verbringen!

Cons:

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Dies würden wir wohl ein nächstes Mal nicht mehr machen. Das Service-Team muss sich noch um Klassen verbessern und sich einspielen. Der Chef de Service leistet grossartige Arbeit. Ein grosser Teil vom Team ist leider sehr unerfahren oder unmotiviert! Die Speisen trafen oft geschmacklich nicht unsere Erwartung.
