Pros:

Staying here was the highlight of our time in Tbilisi. The guesthouse itself is nice, next to the subway, and centrally located. The real highlight though was the hospitality of our host Maxo, who invited us to his wine cellar, gave us several types of Georgian wine to drink, chatted with us, and even gave us a bottle of our favorite wine to take with us. I would highly recommend staying here!! Thank you Maxo for your hospitality!!!

Pros:

We had a great stay at M M Marani. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. We had a very early flight in and he was able to let us in to rest while our room was being prepared. He also showed us how he makes wine and offered us some. The room was comfortable and clean and the location was great. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Pros:

地理位置还行，离地铁比较近

Cons:

1、民宿很难找，没有标志，如果不跟房东联系，你是不可能找到的。
2、服务不行，我下午 6 点过去，房间居然还没打扫，要我们外出 2 小时等他们打扫完后再回去。
3、房间在 2 楼，没有电梯，有重行李的注意。
4、房间紧临马路，路过的汽车声音很大，很吵，而且经常有炸街的车辆，怕吵或者不易入睡的避雷。
5、房间设施也不全面。比如铁制床架很旧，锈迹斑斑；台灯的拉线开关很高，人要从床上爬起来才能关灯；床头柜就是简陋的树墩；卫生间洗漱台面很小，不方便放东西；热水晚上还可以，但早上水就很小。洗漱用品肯定是没有的，免费饮用水也是没有的。
6、离地铁和公交是不远，但你想要坐公交和打车要等很久，因为非常非常堵车。

Amazing experience!!
Pros:

Amazing host and hotel! He even spared his personal time and gave us a tour of the city! What an amazing experience! Cannot recommend enough! Also the hotel is right next to the metro station and a bunch of shops and stores.

Owner and grandson super helpful
Pros:

The owner was super kind. The location is good for a non-touristy part of Tbilisi.

Cons:

Just so you know, this is not a hotel with a lobby or sign. More like a personal Airbnb in an apt bldg.

如果再来，还想住这里。
Pros:

房东很可爱，总是问我是否需要帮助，非常热心的爷爷。虽然英文不是很懂但真的是很棒的人。这家离地铁站很近，很方便。所以去坐去姆茨赫塔的小巴还是去火车站都超级方便。附近咖啡厅和水果店什么的也很多。

Cons:

基本没有，就是希望房东把住宿的名称标记在大门那里，因为最开始是拜托咖啡店的店员打电话，才知道那道灰色的门是民宿的。哈哈哈

房东老爷爷的酒庄真的很好玩，而且他自己酿的酒免费品尝，还巨好喝
而且老爷爷非常健谈和热情，我们天天和他一起聊天，最后还从他这儿买了葡萄酒，而且价格非常划算

The location here is very convenient, close to the subway entrance, there are supermarkets, fruit shops, coffee shops and currency exchanges nearby.There is a fig tree outside the window of my room, and you can hear birds calling in the morning.I experienced the local wine culture with the landlord and had a very happy journey.
