The staff were very kind and helpful, breakfast was pretty good. The bed was very comfortable.
If this room was 30-40 euro it would be pretty decent, but definently not worth 78 (and it was 78 after a hefty discount from Genius). The shower was huge but it had lukewarm water. The soundproofing was non-existent. The balcony view is definently not like the photos, since you have a million cables in the way. The blackout curtains don't really block that much light so in the morning it was too bright to sleep. Also there is a parking space but it is only for one car so if someone was there before you, you are out of luck (thankfully for us we were the only ones woth a car).
We liked everything!
We really enjoyed our breakfast and location is conveniently located within walking distance to all major attractions.
Medea was our favourite receptionist, she was really helpful with everything :)

The hotel is really nice. Location is great, not far from many touristic attractions and close to the metro station and bus station. Staff was very friendly and helpful, speaking English and Russian without a problem. They were always available and willing to solve any issues. The breakfasts were tasty and there was a good choice of food. Our room was cosy and equiped with everything we needed. Slippers and robes were a nice touch. We had our room cleaned every day, which we appreciated. They also provide you with glass bottles of filtered water instead of plastic bottles, which was great too. They have umbrellas to borrow, which we used since we forgot to take our umbrella. There is also an elevator. There were a few minor things that could be better, but these were not exactly problems. All in all we can deffinitely recommend staying at this hotel.
Really minor things. Sometimes it took some time for the water to get warm. The bread at the breakfast could be better.

1. No café da manhã (incluído na diária) você só pode pedir um café (os demais o hóspede tem que pagar). Essa economia por parte do hotel não parece inteligente, nem razoável nem justa. 2. Se hóspedes de outro quarto ligam o aquecedor, o ar condicionado do nosso quarto é desligado e o quarto pode ficar muito quente (isso aconteceu comigo). Neste caso, nada podemos fazer, porque o sistema é central. Nem a recepcionista consegue alterar a temperatura se algum outro quarto ligar o aquecedor. Diante da nossa reclamação de que o quarto estava muito quente, a sugestão da recepção foi que abríssemos a porta da sacada, mas aí o barulho da rua incomoda e atrapalha para dormir. 3. Um ponto positivo da localização é estar perto do metrô, que, contudo, nem usamos muito. Fora isso a localização do hotel não é muito boa.
Нам все понравилось, метро недалеко, рядом находится продуктовый магазин. Понравились завтраки, очень сытные, много фруктов. Очень чисто, хорошая сантехника, кровать удобная, все отлично

Большой осадок при чек-ауте. Администратор попросила остаться и подождать несколько минут для проверки номера на предмет целостности имущества, пользования мини-баром....
