We made a reservation at this hotel on December 31, 2025 through the Hotels app.
We went to the hotel by taxi, but when we went upstairs, the hotel owner told us that we had been scammed, that he does not work with the Hotels app, and that there were no available rooms.
After that, I contacted the Hotels app support and explained that we were in this situation and that we had no place to stay. They said they would contact the hotel. They called the hotel owner while we were there, but the owner shouted and said that he only works with Booking. We could not fully understand the conversation because it was in Georgian.
Then the Hotels app told us that if they could not reach the hotel, they would try to arrange another hotel. I agreed, but they could not find any alternative hotel either. They told us to stay somewhere else and send them the invoice so they could cover the hotel cost.
However, we could not find any hotel that night. We are now requesting a full refund. The hotel has not refunded our money and is not responding to us at all. I am not sure whether the Hotels app is also at fault, but we were seriously mistreated.
We were left on the road, we were cold, and our New Year was ruined because of this situation. Our holiday was completely spoiled.
Отличный небольшой отель. Находится буквально в 200м от метро. В номере было все: фен, утюг, туалетные принадлежности . Полотенца , постельное были чистые . Номер небольшой, но очень уютный. У меня отсутствуют какие-либо замечания. При заезде предложили чай, кофе, булочки. На завтрак аналогично предложили на выбор: омлет, яичницу с сосисками, сыр, овощи, тосты , чай, кофе, йогурт. Самое то, чтобы перекусить и бежать по делам )) рядом также много кафе, где можно позавтракать-ужинать
Самое главное — добрые люди. Приняли меня поздно ночью (задержали рейс). Все удобства есть в номере. Очень красивый мини-отель. Бегают забавные кошечки. Вкусный завтрак.

With no proper signage it was very very difficult to locate the property ..had to go around .
The host was very grumpy with no smiles..i felt like i was an unwanted guest...i stayed there only for hardly 10 hrs..
I came to know BF will be served at 9am!!! Did not have as i had to leave at 7an.

Отличное расположение! Прекраснейший персонал! Кофе, завтраки прям обалденно! Ксения и ее персонал обслуживают на высшем уровне! Прилетели поздно вечером и въехали в отель в 23.00, встретили нас как положено! В связи с задержкой следующего рейса, Ксения разрешила остаться до вечера в отеле. Рядом все что хотите, вкусные рестораны и вообще погуляли с удовольствием! Отношение к посетителям - великолепное! Очень уютно, по домашнему! Желаю Вам процветаний в бизнесе!!!
Wszystko. Świetny gospodarz, który we wszystkim pomoże. Idealnie do przenocowania oraz ugotowania sobie czegoś. Nie ma śniadania, ale gruzińskie jedzenie w zupełności wystarczy.
