Хозяйка Нато-замечательный человек. Очень воспитанная, не навязывает свое общение, но приветлива со всеми. Внимательная и заботливая, завтраки каждый день разные ( горячее: хинкали, тефтели, блинчики). По ее совету вечером посетили ресторан Гоби неподалеку, Очень понравилась кухня и обстановка там. Отель в пяти минутах от метро Руставели, также приятно гулять в районе Мтацминда и Вере, рядом с отелем.

Вид на город ночью просто прекрасен, на крыше можно сидеть и просто кайфовать. В номере было чисто, каждые 3-4 дня ее чистят и стиль отеля как уютный дом. Хозяйка добрая и отзывчивая, завтрак тоже супер.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything. The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was always fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

This stay marked the beginning of a one-month trip to Georgia and Bulgaria and I can say Nato, the host, served by far the best breakfast. I often got packed boxes, because I went on day trips, and she always gave me something new and exciting (salads, deserts, filled bread, fruit, veg etc). It was really lovely, and I really appreciated it. I also appreciated the piano (though I can play almost nothing without scores) and the meticulous decoration of the whole place. The room was great and even had a balcony (just a bit noisy :/). The internet was a bit temperamental at times but it did not matter at all. Whenever I had a problem and needed sth (eg a sewing kit ..) I only had to say it and my problem was solved. Communication was a mix of Russian and English (my Russian is almost non-existent), but Nato was so patient with me! At the end we exchanged a lot of messages through whatsapp, because I was always away anyway, and that made it even easier. Great terrace, too! About 10 mins walking to Rustavili street, also nice walks up the hill and to the nearby church.

This is a really priceless experience, which you will not get anywhere else. The hostess Nato does an amazing job preserving Georgian traditions and sharing her family’s history through every detail of the hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the homemade Georgian cuisine she prepares better than the restaurant and she always tries to fullfill your personal tastes and preferences.

Nato’s sense of hospitality and customer care is exceptional. She supported us greatly during our stay and was especially kind when we experienced an incident outside the hotel, even allowing us to extend our stay a little longer. Her kindness and generosity made us feel truly cared for.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. The atmosphere, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality create a unique experience that may be impossible to keep forever with time and progress, so book it while you can.

O alojamento é excelente, limpo e bem localizado, mas o highlight é a senhora que o gere. A simpatia, o carinho quer na receção, quer na preparação do pequeno almoço... a cidade é ótima, o país lindo e a voltar, voltarei sempre para aqui
