Pros:

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Pokoje czyste i schludne. Śniadania są domowe i smaczne, choć trochę skromniejsze w porównaniu do innych gruzińskich hoteli. Jednak można poprosić panią właścicielkę o przygotowanie omleta, jeśli ktoś jest jeszcze głodny :) Ale zawsze czekało pyszne ciasto! Mała niedogodność, ze w pokojach nie ma czajników. Jest jeden czajnik na dole we wspólnej części, jednak to trochę problematyczne, gdy trzeba chodzić z drugiego piętra by zagotować wodę.

Хороший отель, но основная цель хозяев - максимальная материальная выгода при минимальных затратах.
Pros:

Отель расположен почти в центре Тбилиси. Пешком совсем недалеко до подъёмника в парк, где находится колесо обозрения и телебашня. Также пешком можно дойти и до исторического центра города.
На первом этаже достаточно большая столовая с красивой гобеленовой мебелью, старинными шкафчиками, великолепной коллекцией фарфоровых фигурок. На крыше дома площадка, где можно посидеть вечером, глядя на Тбилиси.
Номер просторный, с удобной кроватью. Есть балкон.

Cons:

Несмотря на то, что мы приехали почти в час ночи, сильно уставшие, хозяйка начала знакомство со слов: у вас неправильное бронирование, слишком дёшево хотите здесь пожить, сейчас цены другие. У нас на руках распечатка брони с booking ( а номер бронировался примерно полгода назад, поэтому и цена в полтора раза меньше, чем сейчас), но у неё своя правда. В результате, просто чтобы не портить себе начало отпуска, пришлось согласиться на её условия. В результате за 2 ночи доплатили 80 лари!!! То есть, получилась цена номера на сегодняшний день!!! Неприятно!🫩
Путешествуем на машине, заявлена бесплатная частная парковка, а на деле - парковка у крыльца на проезжей части. Хорошо, что было свободное место!
Хочется отдельно описать "великолепные" завтраки ( почему и кто ТАК их оценивал, для нас осталось большой загадкой) .
Первый день: 2 ( да-да, ВСЕГО 2!!!) кусочка салями и 2!!! кусочка солёного сыра на тарелочке!!! Но как же эту колбасу нахваливала хозяйка! Сливочное масло, хлеб, по 1 пирожку с картошкой, нарезанные дольками половинка помидора и огурца. Чай, кофе - на выбор, но в кофемашине закончились зёрна.🤔
Второй день: предложили хинкали. Удивились, но согласились - впереди же целый день прогулок по Тбилиси. Ужасно невкусно! Маленькие, с очень толстым тестом, совершенно без бульона внутри, за который и ценятся! Кусочек запеканки, типа лазаньи, - это единственное, что было вкусного. Колбасы уже не было вовсе. А кофемашина просто сломалась.
В общем, мы сюда больше не приедем точно! А вы решайте сами.🤫 И, прежде чем заезжать, уточняйте цены!!! Потому что ваша распечатка с booking со стоимостью номера для хозяев ничего не значит!

Super bad, stay at Lowell instead
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

We got recommended this hotel by Lowell Hotel when we wanted to stay an extra day and they had nothing available. Lowell Hotel was fabulous, so we expected their partner hotel to be that too, it wasn't.

Photos did not match the reality, our room looked a lot older and the bed were the squeakiest I have ever seen. When I asked the owner about it, she was mean and said: "Oh how dare you complain, what a complainer you are!" In fact, she was the one who was complaining that I had used the Genius discount and was paying way too low of a price according to her.

The breakfast was disastrous. For some reason they served the Russian "fur coat" salad with mayonnaise for breakfast. We were truly confused by that. The worst breakfast we have had out of 6 or 7 hotels on our trip to Georgia.
