Pros:

Breakfast is not included, but there are several good cafes and restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
A convenience store is also nearby. It's right behind Meydan Square, so it's convenient for catching taxis and sightseeing.
The owner is fluent in English and is very lovely. I've stayed here a total of three times, traveling to Kazbegi and Azerbaijan.

Pros:

Просторная комната, есть балкон, душевая большая, горячая вода, кондиционер, чай, ночные светильники . Я забыла в холодильнике чурчхеллу и хозяйка Манана мне ее передала любезно, спасибо!

Cons:

На глухой улочке, без вида. Ночью и днем в комнате очень холодно, теплого одеяла дополнительного не имеется. Кондиционер работал на тепло, но помогал мало. Высокая слышимость, стены очень тонкие. Обстановка и мебель старинные … Я поменяла отель на более теплый и комфортный, ближе к площади.

Я попросила немного задержаться, но мне не разрешили, сказали выезжать из отеля ровно в 12-00.

Çok temizdi, konumu gayet iyiydi . Otel sahibi Manana çok zarif yardımsever ve güleryüzlü bir kadındı. Burada konakladığımız müddetçe rahat ettik.

Отель "под старину" - интересный, но не очень комфортный
Pros:

Отель в старом здании и многое сохранено и обыграно. Он необычный, как будто ты в прежнюю эпоху попал. При этом в целом комфортно

Cons:

Минусы старого здания - тонкие стены, скрипящие полы. Шум от авто с улицы. В ноябре прохладно
