Nice owner, but disappointing hotel room in good location
Pros:

Very nice owner, who is very helpful. There is a fridge to use. Beautiful view from the window to the old town. Shower big and good water pressure. Located right in the heart of a lot of shops/bars.

Cons:

Very old furniture. The bed is hard and not comfortable. The room ist dirty.. bathroom dirty. Towels with hairs. A lot of the power outlets don’t work. Very early bright in the room due to missing curtains. Bad smell in the room.

Очень стильный и при этом атмосферный отель! История восстановления здания от хозяйки отеля завораживает, сам отель очень красивый и наполненный местным вайбом, расположение в самом-самом центре старого города и еще немного и мы бы знали все сплетни этих улиц, что слышны с окна)

Try to choose a room which goes to the other side of the club

The vibe and the location is very nice.

Cons:

I could here the music from the club until 5 in the morning and it felt like it was super close.

Nice simple hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location is fantastic.
Room was very spacious.
Great shower.

Cons:

Curtains are lace, so gets very bright once the sun rises.
Sound insulation is low, some noisy guests returning at 3am woke us both nights.

Pros:

I loved the location- it was close to everything in the Old Town. The accommodations are vintage and simple and I had a wonderful view of Tbilisi from my window. The staff were friendly and helpful. She gave me some yummy desserts which was very kind and let me leave my luggage after I checked out. Thank you!

Cons:

The bathroom sometimes smelled.
