Cons:

за эту цену очень "витражная" . зеркала как будто нечистая, мебель тоже. Так себе. А лестница это что то, если есть чемодан.

Pros:

Отличные апартаменты в самом сердце старого Тбилиси! Главная их особенность — это расположение. Выходишь из подъезда и сразу оказываешься в центре исторического города: уютные улочки, рестораны, серные бани, достопримечательности и вся атмосфера старого Тбилиси буквально в нескольких шагах.

Сам номер достаточно простой, но очень уютный. Особенно понравилось оформление в винтажном стиле — создаётся ощущение, будто живёшь в старинном тбилисском доме с особой атмосферой. Кондиционер работал отлично и в летнюю жару охлаждал комнату буквально за несколько минут.

Если для вас важно жить в самом центре событий и чувствовать настоящий дух Тбилиси, то это отличный вариант. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!

Charming hotel with great cleaning service
Pros:

The location is great, the rooms are made up every day and bedsheets changed every two days. The room and the hotel itself has character and is very stylish - it's exactly as I like. The young receptionist was very kind and always extremely helpful. It's a real gem.

Cons:

The wifi didn't work for the TV so I had to use my own internet to watch TV and I stayed 6 days - no one thought to get it fixed in that entire time. The comment by a staff lady upon my arrival that "no one watches TV anyway and I just watch things on my phone while I am here" was neither here nor there - if there's a TV in the room, I expect it to work and not be made to feel like I am doing something wrong if I want to watch it.
Also, one of the bedside lamps couldn't be plugged in because the plug was too large for the socket.
There should be a bigger bin in the room itself as there is only a smalk one in the bathroom.
Staying on the first floor next to the reception is a bit loud - you can here people coming and going and having conversations - it wasn't a problem for me as I have earplugs but it could get bothersome.

Perfect for Old Town
Pros:

The location you can't beat. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower and well designed and spotlessly clean as is the bedroom. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The building is old but has character inside and the rooms are well designed and has a fridge and kettle with tea and sugar.

Pros:

Отель находится в старом городе, в 2х минутах пешком от всего! Магазины, рестораны, обменники, серные бани, церкви, экскурсии, почти все местные достопримечательности. Абсолютно всё в пешей доступности! Нам ни разу не понадобилось такси. Но жили мы на тихой улочке и хорошо высыпались.
Сам отель очень уютный с аутентичной изюминкой. Мы как будто попали в кино! 🥰
Очень чисто! Каждый день делают уборку в комнате. Каждый второй день меняют полотенца. Несколько раз меняли постельное белье. Всё с запахом свежести. Всегда была вода в душе. Комнаты большие. Кровати просто огромные. Шкафы вместительные. Мы выбрали комнату с балкончиком и это придавало особый шарм нашему пребыванию в этом замечательном месте! Попросили показать другие комнаты. Они отличаются, но в каждой из них есть какая то своя особенность!
Хозяйка Манана очень приветливая женщина! Всегда находиться при гостинице. Помогала нам решить любой вопрос!
