Perfectly clean room, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing stay! Perfect location, just a short walk to Freedom Square and easy access to the whole city by transport.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I could even check in early in the morning, which was a big plus.

For me cleanliness is very important, and here everything was spotless. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay!
Pros:

Everything is clean, modern and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
The girl at the reception was super friendly and helpful.
WiFi worked great, the shower was amazing, and they even allowed me to leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Location is great too, 2 mins walking from Liberty Square.

Cons:

Old building and outdated staircase, but it didn’t really matter, as the hotel itself is modern and clean.

Очень комфортный и чистый отель. Прекрасный доброжелательный персонал. В отеле есть кухня с полным набором необходимостей: посуда, холодильник, чайник, кофеварка, тостер итд. Очень близко до площади Свободы. Магазины и ресторан - два шага

От улицы шум. Но это же центр))

Gentilezza e accoglienza, servizi, autonomia, eleganza, posizione ideale.
Pros:

Il soggiorno a the passenger rooms é stato perfetto, siamo stati benissimo. Il personale é stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per richieste e aiuto via whatsapp e per telefono, il servizio di check-in autonomo é stato fondamentale perché siamo arrivati a Tblisi da Yerevan molto tardi ed é stato facile entrare in camera. Ottimo anche il servizio di lavanderia, economico e neanche 24 ore dopo avevamo i vestiti lavati e asciutti, a metà vacanza soluzione ideale. La stanza é bella, spaziosa e i letti sono comodissimi, al soppalco si accede tramite una scala interna elegante in legno e metallo. Doccia perfetta, anche in bagno c'é tutto quello che serve. C'è anche una cucina comune a disposizione. Ci siamo trovate talmente bene che dopo un giro di qualche giorno per la Georgia abbiamo soggiornato qui un'altra notte! Tra l'altro abbiamo anche avuto la possibilità di lasciare alcuni bagagli che non ci servivano durante il nostro giro. Li hanno custoditi e li abbiamo trovati in stanza al nostro ritorno. Tutto perfetto, grazie davvero.

Cons:

Il vano scale del palazzo é un po' antico, ma il fascino decadente delle scale in legno con il tappeto non c'é dispiaciuto!
