Horrible place, awful service, AVOID!

Cons:

We agreed to pay for early check-in and arrived early in the morning as planned. The self check-in requires someone to open the door remotely after you ring the electronic doorbell, which we did, but no one responded. We rang it at least 50 times and got nothing.

When we called the owner, instead of helping, she was shockingly rude and said, “I don’t care, you either come or don’t come, it’s up to you.” We were left standing outside with no access.

To make it worse, the building itself is in terrible condition, the hallway is old, poorly maintained, and has a strong, unpleasant smell, almost like catpiss.

Absolutely unacceptable service and attitude. One of the worst experiences we’ve had. Avoid this place.

Все понравилось, чисто аккуратно, номер небольшой.
Удобно заходить дистанционно, если поздно приехали. Рядом ТЦ, метро, обменник, рестораны, расположение хорошее

Прекрасное место в центре города по отличной цене
Pros:

Отличное место, небольшой но уютный и чистый номер, прекрасное расположение и очень дружелюбный персонал. Хороший Wi-Fi. В общем - все что нужно, чтобы остановиться на несколько дней.

Cons:

La receptionist ci ha messo molta fretta sia nel consegnare i soldi (esclusivamente contanti, quindi da prelevare per uno straniero), sia per il check out (nonostante esso fosse alle 12). Avevo esplicitamente richiesto una stanza matrimoniale e mi è stata assegnata una stanza doppia con letti separati, a detta della receptionist con possibilità di unirli.

Merkezi, rahat ve konforlu bir konaklama
Pros:

Gayet merkezi bir konumda, odalar temiz ve rahat. Soğuk bir zamanda gitmemize rağmen oda sıcaklığı iyiydi ortak mutfak olması hoşumuza gitti.

Cons:

Odalar sen talep edersen temizleniyor biz 3 gün kaldık ve çoğunlukla dışarıda olduğumuz için çok eksikliğini hissetmedik ama daha uzun kalıcaklar belki hissedebilir, onunda her şey iyiydi

Highly recommend
Pros:

Friendly staff, they were available for a late check-in. A clean room. Tea, coffee, and everything else you might need for breakfast or a snack in the shared kitchenette. The location is top notch.

Cons:

It's a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday, but that's to be expected. There's no street noise when the window is closed.

Perfectly clean room, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing stay! Perfect location, just a short walk to Freedom Square and easy access to the whole city by transport.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I could even check in early in the morning, which was a big plus.

For me cleanliness is very important, and here everything was spotless. Would definitely stay here again!
