Pros:

Konumu, balkonun ağaçlık alana bakıyor olması, sakinliği güzeldi. Oda fotoğraflardakinden küçüktü ama güzeldi yine de. Temizlik standarttı. Bavulumuzu uçak saatine kadar bırakabildik o açıdan iyiydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı çok kötü ve lezzetsizdi. Odalara kahve ve çay koyulmamıştı. Balkondaki bambu sandalyeler aşırı rahatsızdı, onlara minder koyulabilirdi.

Pros:

Ubicación muy buena. Buena limpieza. Buen desayuno

Cons:

El personal de recepción es muy desagradable, no ayudan y les molesta si les preguntas.
No hay aparcamiento privado, es en la misma calle y hay que tener cuidado en los momentos de eventos de la iglesia de al lado porque bloquean la calle.
Camas muy muy duras, como una tabla.

Местоположение, завтрак

Cons:

Взяла себе номер с балконом и рабочим столом. Оказалось, прямо под окнами находится бар, где всю ночь была тусовка, музыка, крики и т.д.
На утро попросила заселить в другой номер, так как о сне в таких условиях можно забыть.

В другой номер переселили, но не предупредили, что он будет значительно хуже: пахнет плесенью, рабочего стола нет, балкона тоже (об этом хотя бы сказали), лейка развалилась в руках (так же было и в первом номере), на матрасе спать невозможно - будто лежишь на досках.

Попросила вернуть разницу в стоимости номера, но мне отказали, сказав, что я сама решила переехать. Это правда, но если бы заранее предупредили о таких условиях, я бы не соглашалась на номер с худшими удобствами. В итоге выставили меня виноватой.

Менеджерам стоило бы поучиться навыкам клиентоориентированности.
8 марта было испорчено отношением персонала и отсутствием извинений за доставленные неудобства.
Единственное, что порадовало- это завтрак,вкусно и сытно.

Great stay with an excellent location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and everything was kept nice and tidy. Breakfast was also good.

Doskonała lokalizacja, darmowy parking w centrum miasta. Co prawda nie prywatny ale dużo miejsca przy publicznej drodze. Przyzwoite śniadanie. Stosunek jakości do ceny genialny.
