Room was clean.
Very limited parking, no onsite restaurant.
Close to the airport and a range of eating spots all within walking distance
Nice, clean .Staff were all super helpful, left a pair of headphones on my first stay and the staff had found them and kept them with a bag I had stored …. When we booked a van to take us and luggage to the airport and a car turned up the manager ( Mr Tough from Bluff) took us in his Ute so we were not delayed.

The gym is run down and could do with free weights and a treadmill

Parking sports limited and first come first serve for parking is good but for majority of guests they end up paying for parking overnight which should be validated considering the size of hotel

New and clean
Room not designed well. Small bathroom, closet blocked by nightstand, no real table or chair. Lots of wasted space.
The only news network was aljazeera - on six channels.

- This hotel is not in Queenstown, you'll need a car. Can experience heavy traffic to enter/leave Queenstown.
- Bad room service, they barely do anything. They never do you bed, just tuck in the duvet and never replaced our bedding even though they say they do it every 3 days.
Very run down and dirty
Handy to airport
As NZers we felt totally fleeced.... room had a small window with a big beam diagonally going through it, plus we were told it was an upgrade! Paying over $400 NZ one would expect better, at least with a large window.
Amazing property! Would love to stay there again
