Struttra bella e comoda in centro al paese, ideale per visitare bled e dintorni. Colazione buona e con molta scelta

Problem z czystością i obsługą.
Pros:

Lokalizacja w bardzo ładnym miejscu oraz blisko parkingu, więc mimo iż na stare miasto nie można wjechać autem jest do pokonania pieszo z bagażami bardzo krótki dystans.

Cons:

Duży problem z czystością. W pokoju warstwa kurzu na stole ( o górnych belkach już nawet nie wspomnę, warto też je czasem przetrzeć), jedna z dwóch łazienek w apartamencie sprawiała wrażenie nieposprzątanej po przednich gościach (nieuzupełnione płyny do mycia, brak jednego ręcznika, drugi leżał na wierzchu czystych ręczników ale brudny i z plamami). W potwierdzeniu rezerwacji była informacja, że wymeldować można się od 7.00, ale okazało się że śniadania są od 8.00. Zgłosiłam, że musimy wyjechać przed 8.00 ale pan w recepcji stwierdził, że niestety śniadanie jest wydawane od 8.00 i nic się nie da zrobić. Po zgłoszeniu braków czystościowych w łazience dostałam wiadomość, że rano będzie nam wydane w ramach rekompensaty śniadanie na wynos (śniadanie opłacone, które wcześniej nie mogło być wydane na wynos, dopiero w ramach rekompensaty). Rano nic nie było dla nas naszykowane, pani w recepcji w pośpiechu spakowała nam trzy rogaliki i dała 3 puszki kompotu. Okazało się też, że jeszcze musimy opłacić podatek lokalny, bo nie pobrano go przy zameldowaniu, co dodatkowo opóźniło nasz wyjazd. Szkoda, bo fajny obiekt ale obsługa fatalna.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hiša Linhart
Pros:

Location is in the middle of an old town surrounded by other restaurants, but it was quiet at night. Great location to Lake Bled and the surrounding area. Breakfast was a really nice buffet with fresh baked breads, croissants, cheese, meat, yoghurt etc, and they also made you omelets. The coffee was superb! I did not eat an evening meal here, but it looked amazing (Michelin starred restaurant). Owners were very nice and accommodated an early arrival and early departure. I really enjoyed my stay here and would strongly recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

Parking is not the best - there is no onsite parking so you have to park in parking lots. It took me a while to get used to using the parking app. I was also not aware that parking was free from 5pm Friday to Monday morning on all streets and parking lots in the town. That said, I stayed in peak season and always found a parking spot near to the hotel.

Pros:

Malé klidné, romantické městečko. Za jedno odpoledne vše vidíte. Místní restaraurace kromě Hiša Linhart průměrné až horší, ceny poměrně vysoké. Ale fajn základna pro výlety a hike, v našem případě pro nás dostačující. Na hotel jsme většinou přišli velmi unavení, sprcha, spát. Jeden večer jsme strávili v restauraci, příjemný zážitek.

Cons:

Snídaně byla dostačující, ale na místo oceněné Michelinskou hvězdou by člověk očekával asi trochu více....výběr menší, ale kvalitní. Nicméně druhý den, kdy jsme přišli na snídani později /podávají se od 8 hodin/, mnoho věcí již nebylo. Na můj dotaz zda doplní mi poměrně nepříjemný personál odpověděl "teď ne". Personálu bylo velmi málo, bylo vidět, že jsou ve stresu a nestíhají. Káva průměrná.
Pokoje ok, člověk musí respektovat budovu ze 16.století. zařízení zastaralé, koupelna horší. Úklid probíhal, ale zvláštním způsobem. Ručníky položené v koupelně na zemi bez povšimnutí ponechané, toaletní papír nedoplněn, čisté ručníky žádné. Postel ustála z části - peřiny ano, polštáře ne :-) Nejsem náročná, určitě bych to zvládla i bez úklidu, ale cena, kterou jsme platili, nebyla nízká, člověk očekává odpovídající služby. Také personál by mohl být příjemnější. Nicméně vcelku příjemný pobyt i zážitek, především díky šéfkuchaři Uroši Štefelinovi!

Un allotjament encantador
Pros:

És un hotel preciós i tradicional, decorat amb molt de gust, usant detalls barrocs per tots els racons. L’habitació, amb sostre de golfea, és bonica, espaiosa i el llit còmode. La mestressa és molt molt agradable.

Cons:

Aparentment l’ascensor no funciona i els esglaons són més empipats que l’estàndar.
A l’habitació l’aire condicionat no funciona bé: fa molt de soroll i quan porta ina estona cau aigua de l’aparell. No hi ha nevera ni kettle.
El lavabo es veu anticuat i no fa justícia a l’habitació.

An unusual place with an exceptional experience
Pros:

We rediscovered the joy of eating! The breakfasts were phenomenal, the hotel is small and the staff took care to remember our preferences. It was a complete experience rather than just "stay". The hotel is at the heart of Radovljica and we were able to just walk out to enjoy the local cultural events or local food. The building is very old and the dining rooms were multiple and cozy to accommodate guests. We loved it there. Also, in the close vicinity there are a few nice playgrounds for children and despite the lack of parking, we had no issues with parking within walking distance

Cons:

We liked everything so I will only post an indication that the stairs are of irregular height and may be a challenge for very small children

Děkujeme za všechno. Ubytování v malebném městečku. Klid, pohoda, relax. Rodinná atmosféra. Citili jsme se jako doma. Paní majitelka byla velmi vstřícná, milá, udělala vše, co nám na očích viděla. 👍 Snídaně úžasná, chutná, všeho dostatek. Pokoj úžasný, vynikající postele. Už dlouho jsme se tak nevyspali. 🤣 Přejeme hodně štěstí do dalšího podnikání. Hlavně pevné zdraví. 🍀
