Hotel Adora

Nothing. We came at hotel and it was closed with the keys! Neigbours told us that it was closed one month ago! They didnt tell it to booking.com! I sent message to booking com. Still waiting for responce of booking(3 days passed). So at 11.50 pm we were staying in front the hotel and trying to find the hotel! Spent 3 hours calling to hotels and everyone refused because tbilisi was fully booked because of Justin timberlake’s concert! Was so mad!!!!! Dont stay here!

There was water outage. The didnt provide any water supply until I asked them.

There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. But if you like to be close to the Old City, it's a bit far out . The hotel is on the other side of the river to the main parts. But saying that , Bolt is extremely cheap there and it's not far to a metro station. For the price you pay it's excellent value for money.

We had a stay of 4 nights, first 3 nights were miserable as air-conditioning wasn't working, hotel staff changed our room but same issue with that room as well, last night a new guy I saw first time resolved the issue as he changed the settings from his computer, that means other staff had set the settings to higher temperatures. Last thing we didn't like was breakfast, they serve same breakfast every day in very limited quantities as one butter, one small portion of scrambled egg, 2-3 cheese, 3 small pieces of bread, few pieces of cucumber and tomato, same jam, honey and a tablespoon of yoghurt with a cup of tea or coffee. No fruit or juice

The staff is overextended and the facilities were very poor. The first night out air conditioning didn't work, the second day there was no hot water, and the third day there was no water at all in the entire hotel. There is just one person to manage breakfast and cleaning of the entire property, and one person at the front desk taking care of all the infrastructure issues. There was usually no staff in the restaurant whenever we went for breakfast and we had to search for her around the hotel as the breakfast is not buffet and has to be prepared and served by the staff. The front desk is empty almost half of the day.

The shower was filling with water the whole time. We have notified them on the first night and nothing was done (we´ve stayed for 3 nights). The street is blocked for parking by an electronic door, which the hotel has. Staff was very rude to say her boss took the key away and just looked at us (and we were checking out with our car stuck inside the street), asking us to check with another hotel. Staff smokes in the reception, the room was smeling like smoke too. To be fair, there are two women and one guy working in the reception: the guy is really nice, while the girls were the ones smoking and not being proactive on solving our problems. Moreover, there is no blackout/curtains, so whenever the sun is up, the room is completely bright.

Not soundproof. You can hear everything, even though location is inside residential area.
Weird timings for breakfast from 9am till 11am. Even though it’s included in price, however in our case as we were leaving early morning, we weren’t able to try it.

There was noone at reception when I arrived and had to wait half an hour to someone to come while they said it has 24/7 reception. There was no toilet paper and no shampoo in the room and the reception had no idea where toilet papers are to give it to ua and we had to wait next morning for cleaning lady to give it to us
