Pleasant, friendly staff and a nice room.
Pros:

Found the staff and owner very helpful, particularly with a late airport transfer. Nothing was too much trouble. We were looked after very well and made to feel welcome. Enjoyed the room which was nice and spacious with a balcony.

family room, quiet quality sleep, nice location with easy to reach restaurant,shops,metro
Pros:

The beds are very good. We had a quality sleep and the place was quiet.
Restaurant and shops are around in 5-10 mins. Metro is about 10 mins walk.

Cons:

nothing really. Very good experience after all
the family room got wet from the ceiling and from the wall but they start to repair.

Pros:

Понравилось что гостиница находится не далеко от центра и метро Авлабари (5 минут пешком) и на первый взгляд вроде все хорошо, чисто кроме матраса, очень мягкие спишь как в гамаке.
Ну Окей к этому претензий нет, все таки отель не дорогой.
НО НЕДОСТАТКИ ЕСТЬ ОГРОНЫЕ!!!!

Cons:

1) В столовке где проходит завтрак с 8:30 до 11:00 работает очень мерзкая баба которую по по хорошему надо бы уволить (чисто мое мнение)
Смотрит на всех гостей злостным взглядом, смотрит что накладывают гости к себе в тарелку и ворчит. У меня есть не большие проблемы со зрением, и когда спросил у нее, скажите пожалуйста у вас есть тосторница, она мне сказала грубо; Вы что слепые, она перед вашим носом стоит
Когда я принес грязные пару тарелок со словами: возьмите пожалуйста грязную посуду
Она сказала: а что у вас на столе столько посуды что уже ставить некуда(ЭТО ХАМСТВО)
и тд в таком ключе общается с гостями.

2) В день выезда я подошёл на рецепшн и попросил девушку не много задержаться, не успевали сложить вещи в чемоданы.
Вроде она разрешила задержаться до 12:20 но ровно в это время (12:20) начала барабанить в дверь и когда я открыл(извините с зубной счеткой во рту) она грубо сказала чтоб мы сейчас же, срочно покинули номер.
Хотя мы уже к тому моменту собрались и готовы были выйти. Я думаю 5 минут большой роли бы не сыграли.

Можно было не много вежливее себя вести с гостями.
Такого отношения к себе в Грузии, да и не только в Грузии я ещё не встречал.

The best choice in Tbilisi’s Armenian Quarter
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! What impressed us the most was the incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality, especially from the lovely Armenian lady at the reception. She made us feel truly welcome from the very beginning.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both the double and twin beds were extremely comfortable.

The location was also excellent, perfect for exploring Tbilisi on foot and discovering the beautiful Old Town.

Breakfast was generous, with a great variety of options to choose from. Everything was nicely presented, and we could simply help ourselves to whatever we liked.

Overall, a very pleasant experience that made our visit to Tbilisi even more special

Excellent location and incredibly friendly staff! A lovely place to stay!

Cons:

The inner courtyard carries sound quite easily, so one night we could clearly hear other guests chatting outside quite late, which made it difficult to sleep. That said, I think this was more down to the other guests being inconsiderate than anything the hotel did wrong.

Otel çok temizdi. Fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi.
Tek kullanımlık terlik, dis fircasi, havlular, sac kurutma makinesi, kahve, su isitici, cay, kahve kremasi bulunuyordu. Kahvaltisi çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Personel guler yuzlu yardimsever ve caliskan. Resepsiyonda bizi karsilayan Nana hanim Turkce konusuyordu ve cok yardimci oldu, sorularımızı yanıtladı. Avlabari metro istasyonuna yürüyerek 5 dak uzaklıkta konumu. Otelin cevresi sessiz ve guvenliydi.

Cons:

Otelin hizmeti ile ilgili begenmedigimiz bir durum olmadı. Yalnizca, 1 gunumuz yagmurlu bir havada gecti. Genelde yuruyerek gezdik. Otele giden sokaklarda kaldirimlar dar , yağmurda yolda birikintileri yürümeyi zorlastirabiliyor.

Отличный отель на тихой улице недалеко от метро и старого города
Pros:

Отличный современный отель. Хороший матрас. Есть лифт. К сожалению завтрак проспали, ничего не могу сказать. Отзывчивый персонал. Очень тихо ночью. Это важно, тк потом жили на ул Метехи,и ночью джигиты на бмв газуют и врубают музыку на полную. Далеко от большой проезжей улицы. Рядом очень красивый храм. Недалеко спар и карефур. Метро 5 минут.

Great location, good breakfast, and excellent value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the Holy Trinity Cathedral—just a few minutes away for a visit. The breakfast was quite good and rather substantial. However, one of the waitresses suddenly lost her temper in the dining area for no apparent reason; she acted very aggressively. It wasn’t clear who she was angry with, but if she doesn’t want the job, she should just quit—there’s no need to make such an unpleasant face in front of the guests.

الفندق لا يعلى و اقيمه 10/10 عليه مجهز بكامل الخدمات الي ممكن تحتاجها في السفر كانك في بيتك ..

الفندق ممتاز و جميل لكن قدر الله و صار حريق في ثاني يوم لي عندهم و نقلوني لفندق ثاني و الصراحة كان ماهو قد المقام ابدا وقالو لي لو تبغا تغيره نغيره لك لكن انا رفضت بحكم ان التنقل بالشنط متعب فسكنت فالفندق البديل ليلة

Pros:

Very comfortable rooms. Room was spacious with small balcony and comfortable beds. Nice quiet location and close to metro station and old town. Also close to Trinity Cathedral which is in a lovely location with great views over the city. Good size bathroom with powerful shower. Lovely views from roof terrace. Staff very friendly, especially Nana who checked us in each time during our various stays here

Cons:

Breakfast selection was pretty bad with no fresh coffee and in a dreary basement. Roof terrace could have been lovely but had no comfortable seating.
