الفندق جميل جدًا، وكانت الإقامة ممتعة ومريحة. المكان هادئ ونظيف، والتعامل كان راقيًامن موظفة الاستقبال.. تجربة جميلة وأتمنى تكرارها مستقبلًا، وأنصح بالإقامة فيه. 🌹
الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ، والخدمات متوفرة بالقرب من الفندق.. وبإمكانك المشي إلى حديقة ريكه (Rike Park) التي تبدأ منها رحلة التلفريك للوصول إلى منطقة تمثال أم الجورجيين (كارتليس ديدا) وقلعة ناريكالا.

The room was spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable, with excellent pillows that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also spacious, and the shower had very good water pressure. I also appreciated that the bathroom had a handheld bidet spray instead of a traditional bidet, which I personally prefer.
When we arrived, there was a power outage affecting the area. The receptionist was extremely kind and allowed us to access our room so we could rest while waiting for the electricity to return. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help.
The breakfast is served as a buffet. Although the selection is simple, it offers a good variety to start the day.
There are a few areas that could be improved to make the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's surroundings are not particularly attractive, although we never felt unsafe.
After the electricity was restored (about one hour after our arrival), we noticed a strong musty smell in the room, which seemed to come from the central air conditioning system. The carpet also appeared to retain some of that odor and may benefit from extra attention regarding moisture and maintenance. The bathroom design could be improved, as water easily splashes onto the floor during a shower.
For guests who need to work remotely, the workspace is not very comfortable. The chair cannot be positioned properly under the desk, making it difficult to work for extended periods.
The sound insulation could also be improved. The room doors need to be slammed in order to close completely, which creates noticeable noise throughout the hotel. In addition, the entrance door does not block the hallway light very well, allowing outside light into the room.

Złej jakości ręczniki. Brak szafeczek nocnych po obu stronach łóżka.

Otele ilk geldiğimizde check in saatimize daha vardı ama uçuşumuz dolayısıyla erken vardık otel çalışanlarından Vika kahvaltı yapabileceğimizi odamız hazırlanana kadar durabileceğimizi veya istersek valizimizi bırakıp gezebileceğimizi söyledi son güne kadar her şey çok güzeldi bütün çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, kahvaltı çeşitli ve iyiydi, odamız temiz ve rahattı. Otelin konumu da birçok yere ortalama 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde biz keşfetmek istediğimiz için çoğunlukla yürüdük. Dönerken havaalanına gitmemiz için taksiyi bile onlar çağırdı. Bir de özellikle Tor’a çok teşekkür ederiz her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, hem sohbet ettik ve onun gibi iyi bir arkadaş kazandık hem de keyifli ve konforlu bir tatil yaptık herkese teşekkür ederiz 💛

Otel çok temiz ve düzenli. Her gün temizlik hizmeti var ve her zaman bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını soruyorlar. Türkçe bilen personel var. Resepsiyon 7/24 açık. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Konum olarak biraz yokuş yukarısında kalıyor, kaldırımlar düz olmadığı için bavullarla zorlanabilirsiniz. Metroya ve merkeze yakın

Хороший кондиционер . Удобные кровати . До центра 15 минут на такси . 25-30 минут ходьбы. В шаговой доступности ресторанчики кафе продуктовые давки киоски. 5 минут до станции метро . Тихий район
Wi fi не очень хорошо работает . И в плане локации довольно далеко до центра . И если пешком идти то надо иметь ввиду что в конце есть серьезный подьем .
