Only good for people who dont bothered by outside noise.
Pros:

The hotel really nice and beautiful.but absolutely not sound proof.

Cons:

There is absolutely no noise protection, there is holes in the sides of the door so you can hear every spoken world outside, the receptionist talk loud in the middle of the night and early morning clean service woked us up, unfortunately we didnt have restful night even
The really need to change the doors so people can rest and not hear everything outside.

Une dame est entré dans la chambre en plein milieu de notre sommeil
Ça nous ait arrivé dans plusieurs hôtel et je ne comprend pas comment ils peuvent rentrer alors que la chambre est dans le noir avec des affaires partout, la moindre des choses est de refermer la porte. Celle ci est allé jusqu’au pied de notre lit, sûrement pour vérifier que nous étions pas des mannequins en plastique vu qu’apparemment les affaires dans la chambre ne lui suffisait pas pour voir qu’il y avait du monde. C’était plus que terrifiant, et elle ne s’est même pas excusé ! Des erreurs ça arrive mais pour le coup nous observer durant notre sommeil c’est vraiment flippant. Nous n’avons pas eu d’explication lors du Check out

Отель в районе Авлабари оставил в целом положительное впечатление. Номер был очень чистый. Мы несколько дней пользовались табличкой “не беспокоить”, поэтому не можем оценить регулярность уборки. Персонал отеля очень вежливый и приветливый. Мы оставляли багаж до заселения и после выселения — всё было организовано без проблем. В номере был кондиционер, который хорошо охлаждал, мини-холодильник (очень удобно), телевизор. Также можно было открывать балкон. Расположение неплохое: рядом кафе, магазины, небольшие рынки с фруктами и овощами. Отель находится на возвышенности рядом с красивым храмом.

В целом хороший вариант для краткого проживания.

Cons:

Звукоизоляция довольно слабая — слышимость очень высокая. Завтраки были включены, но достаточно однообразные. Интернет работал средне. Отель находится на возвышенности, поэтому иногда подъем пешком после прогулок был утомительным, но можно было бы пользоваться такси.

Alles war grossartig. Ich habe mit dem Spaß die Zeit in diesem Hotel verbracht. Es gibt sogar einen Aufzug. Alle waren sehr freundlich und höflich

Very good but the mattress ruined it a little.

The location of the hotel is great.
The hotel is very clean, renovated and looks nice.
The host is super nice and helpful.
The place is quiet.

Cons:

The mattress! They should be replaced - my back still hurts after sleeping on them. They stopped being firm as they should be like a few months ago.

The windows are not soundproof and you hear the neighbours talking outside (not through the walls) but it is not a big problem as the place is very quiet, however it may annoy someone who needs peace.

The light from the corridor is visible in the room through the gap under the door. I have to use a blanket to cover it as it disturbed me and could not fall asleep.
