Location was great for being close to airport but not good if you want to see lots of downtown sights. Beds were very comfortable! Staff were extremely kind and polite and helpful! The terrace was simply lovely! The manager was quick to respond to messages.

Cons:

It was difficult to find the correct entrance. It's not marked at all. The shower gave hot water for about 30 seconds before turning tepid and staying that way (VERY disappointing). The walls are not sound proof at all - every time the person in the next room flushed the toilet in the middle of the night, it awakened me! Wifi was not strong enough to stream a TV show.

Exceptionally happy to have stayed here in Tbilisi
Pros:

The rooms were clean and they kindly upgraded us to a larger room for our group of 3. The hospitality was kind and helpful; they offered to help us with laundry and made breakfast earlier to accommodate our schedule. The breakfast itself was delicious with trout caviar and freshly made oladushki.
