Прекрасный отель в хорошей локации, с террасы открывается замечательный вид на город. Приятный персонал, встретили, угостили вином)) Очень хороший напор воды в душе, для меня в отелях это всегда отдельная проблема, но не тут. До остановки 2 минуты, 10 минут на автобусе и вы на площади Свободе, есть магазин в доме.

Cons:

Если вечером открыть дверь на террасу и включить свет, то на него с улицы налетят сотни мошек всех размеров, и вы будете с криками убивать их пол ночи)))) но это, конечно, не к отелю

Very good, if you want a good view, ready to climb the stairs and don’t need much of the breakfast.
Pros:

A cozy terrace with a very beautiful view of the city, friendly hosts ready to help! Rooms are comfortable, cleaning every day with a change of towels (even too frequent, in my opinion).

Cons:

The hotel is located on the 9th floor of a modern building and there are huge stairs in front of it. They have a second entrance without stairs and an elevator, but exactly when we came to the hotel, the elevator didn’t function. I had problems with my knees, so it was important for me, and I asked about the elevator in advance. The personnel repaired the elevator soon, but it spoiled the first impression. So my advice is NOT to choose it, if you have problems with legs.

Also breakfast are quite modest and similar all the days, with chachapury as the only hot dish.

Pros:

Clean and spacious room, good bathroom with shattaf, satisfying breakfast. Grand views from both the public terrace and room terrace. Not too far away from the center.
A shoutout to super lovely caretaker Thea!

Cons:

Location pin needs to change to actual location. Get dropped off here 41.690208,44.820175 and then follow the direction attached for the actual entrance.

Pros:

Замечательный отель с удобным расположением, до метро 5 минут, канатка к крепости Нарикала в 15 минутах. Номера чистые и удобные, есть все необходимое, терраса с великолепным видом на город. Спасибо огромное хозяйке Тее, встретила нас, угостила вином и каждый день кормила вкусными завтраками. Уже хочется вернуться снова.

Un excellent établissement pour séjourner à Tbilisi
Pros:

Un petit hôtel de 6 chambres situé au 9ème étage d’un bâtiment. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien meublées. Le staff est charmant et aux petits soins (on nous a permis de laisser nos bagages à l’hôtel pendant nos excursions de quelques jours en dehors de Tbilisi). Mention spéciale au délicieux petit déjeuner préparé par Rusiko. La terrasse panoramique sur laquelle il est servi est très agréable.

Cons:

Absence de parking à proximité de l’hôtel, le stationnement est possible uniquement dans de petites rues étroites.
L’hôtel n’ayant pas pignon sur rue, il peut être difficile à trouver la première fois - mais le staff s’assure de donner des indications claires en amont.

Отель находиться в 10 минутах пешком от метро Авлабари и 3 минуты на такси (брали яндекс, 3 лари).
Персонал был очень приветливый, помогли с вещами и обустроиться. Угостили вином.
Было очень чисто, с чудесным видом на город и реку. У нас был номер с большой террасой, просто чудо.
Спасибо персоналу за тёплое отношение!

Pros:

Gute Lage nahe dem Flughafen (15 Minuten mit dem Auto), und auch zu Fuß nur 10-15 Minuten in die Altstadt. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Aussicht auf die Altstadt. Gute Betten und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut.
Keine große Auswahl und die Produkte könnten auch besser sein.

Это был великолепный отдых!
Бронировали трехместный номер. Номер очень комфортный и чистый. Спать удобно.

Завтраки великолепные. Даже и мысли не было, что чего-то не хватает. Конечно, главной фишкой этого отеля является вид. Так что завтракали мы на террасе.

Так как мне необходимо было работать, активно использовала вай фай. В номерах скорость не большая. Если вам также необходим хороший интернет, то на кухне все отлично работает.

Персонал очень любезный. Помогли во всем вопросах.

Как здесь до этого писали, у нас тоже возникли проблемы с заселением. Но подозреваю, что если бы я ответила на сообщение, которое мне заранее прислали, то трудностей было бы меньше.

В общем отдых на 10 из 10, лучший отель, в котором я была!
