Pros:

Удачное расположение гостиницы для тех туристов, которые собираются в оперный театр : до театра - 5 минут.
Очень приятные владельцы - Татьяна и Георги - всегда на связи.
Номер небольшой, но есть ТВ, холодильник, кондиционер, шкаф, очень удобная полка. За пределами комнаты - микро-кухня : чайник, микроволновка, плита, посуда ; в шкафчике слева - утюг.

Cons:

Мне понравилось всё.
Но людям с проблемами опорно-двигательного аппарата будет сложно, тк периодически - подъёмы и спуски, лестницы и ремонт улиц (это Мтацминда).

Все понравилось! Очень чисто и уютно, отдохнули прекрасно, местоположение очень удобное, пешком все нашли, все достопримечательности, очень удобно, что работает приложение Яндекс. Мы довольны! Спасибо хозяевам, очень гостеприимные! Здоровья Вам и процветания!!

Pros:

Номер небольшой, но очень уютный. Постельное белье, банные принадлежности все целое и чистое. Кухня общая на 2 номера, расположена на площади коридора, укомплектована всем необходимым, посуда в достаточном количестве, при желании можно готовить. С лестничной клетки вниз по лестнице колоритный тбилисский дворик, очень понравился. Рядом магазин spar, причем этот магазин по ассортименту мне понравился больше чем на Руставели. До ближайшего метро минут 15 пешком. Хозяин очень гостеприимный, объяснил как добраться, встретил и все время оставался на связи. Отдельное спасибо Маме хозяина, потрясающей души человек, приняла как очень дорогих гостей. Было очень приятно общаться.

Struttura a 10 minuti dal centro, situata nella strada parallela a quella dei musei. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Letto comodo. Possibilità di usare la cucina fornita di tutto. Se venite a Tbilisi soggiornate qui. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pros:

The location was amazing. Hotel room perfect value for money. However the most important thing is the Host! I forgot my laptop at the airport and he went to pick-it up for me and arrange transport back to my country. Moreover, he was always available for any needs I had during my stay!

Konum olarak güzel bir yerde, opera binasının hemen arka sokağında. Bulunduğu cadde üzerinde market olması vs güzeldi.

Cons:

Banyoda çok keskin bir gider kokusu mevcut. Banyo kapısı da tam kapanmadığı için bu koku odaya geçiyor. Klima ve cam açarak kokuyu hafifletmeye çalıştım ama odaya ilk girdiğinizde ve banyoda geçirdiğiniz vakitte çok hissedilir.
