Pros:

Отель неплохой. Довольно большая комната, достаточно чисто, кровать удобная, вид из окна на город. Завтрак средний, но голодными не оставались.

Cons:

Позиционировался как "номер с балконом", однако на деле балкон, действительно был, но ровно посередине балкона проходит лестница на крышу и реально на балкон можно только выйти постоять в уголке, стараясь не удариться головой о ступени лестницы. Из ванной был запах канализации - не очень сильный, но постоянный. И вишенкой на торте нашего пребывания в гостинице стало исчезновение денег из кошелька, оставленного в кармане рюкзака. Нам принесли извинения, пообещали уволить сотрудницу, но, понятно, что впечатление от отдыха было испорчено и вряд ли мы еще кому-нибудь посоветуем остановиться в этом отеле.

Overall a very good hotel - only con: breakfast
Pros:

- The location is simply amazing, close to Liberty Square and Betlemi street, which is one of the most fascinating areas of Tbilisi.
- The staff at the reception are extremely helpful.
- The room keeping staff did an excellent job, went above and beyond. They put everything in order, and even folded the clothes found on our beds, on a daily basis.

Cons:

- The breakfast options were limited, and the quality of the food wasn't great. Staff wouldn't clean the tables so they were sticky all the time.

Pros:

I really think that this hotel one of the best in old Tbilisi! Everything was clean, breakfast was really delicious 🤤
And the view from the Terrace was amazing 😻

Pros:

Konumu meydana yakın bir sokak aşağısında. Personel güler yüzlü ve çok ilgililerdi. Kahvaltı çeşitliydi ve güzeldi. Giriş ve çıkışta hiçbir sorun yaşamadık.

Pros:

Viesnīcas atrašanās vieta ir ļoti laba un ērta. Brokastis bija garšīgas un pietiekami daudzveidīgas. Patīkams pārsteigums bija tas, ka mums tika piedāvāts labāks numurs nekā sākotnēji rezervēts, kas padarīja uzturēšanos vēl patīkamāku.

Cons:

VBūtu vēlams piedāvāt viesiem, kuri izrakstās vai dodas prom ļoti agri, kādu līdzi paņemamu brokastu vai uzkodu komplektu – tas būtiski uzlabotu kopējo pieredzi.

Tāpat lūdzām recepcijā pieteikt modināšanas zvanu plkst. 3.00, taču diemžēl to nesaņēmām. Tas radīja neērtības un lieku stresu pirms došanās ceļā.

I would expect better from a four star hotel.
Pros:

Room, location were excellent

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. Very few and bad fruit, cake was not fresh. Staff was not friendly.
