Gute Ausgangslage für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist das unheimlich freundliche Personal und die gute Lage sowie das außerordentlich gute Frühstück (20€ pro Tag/Person)

Cons:

Im zweiten Stock werden die Zimmer tagsüber sehr warm und kühlen kaum ab. Wer mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, braucht dann dringend Ohrstöpsel.

Prima Unterkunft für Aufenthalt mit guten Frühstück, freundlichem Team.
Pros:

Freundliche aufmerksame Mitarbeiter beim Empfang und im Frühstücks-Team. Vielen Dank.
Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück (z.B. leckeres, frisches "rote Beete" Brot).
Die Lage war ruhig, in der Nähe des Donau-Ufer und auch fußläufig nur ca. 15-20 min vom Hbf. entfernt. Im Nebenhaus gewohnt und und ich fand es gut, dass neben dem Gemeinschaftsbad- und Toilette im eigenen Zimmer ein eigenes Waschbecken vorhanden ist.

Cons:

Aus meiner Sicht hat vom Anbieter alles gepasst. Lediglich Wohnungs-Mitbewohner waren mal in den späten Abendstunden teilweise laut, da sie die Ruhezeiten wohl nicht kannten und sich im Wohnungsflur da recht laut bei unterhielten.

Sehr angenehm, immer gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, nahe zur Donau und zum Zentrum, Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und flexibel. Bin keine große Frühstückerin, aber die Auswahl ist sehr gut.

Die Lage, das Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, das Zimmer. Die Kühle in den Räumen, waren es doch tagsüber an die 30 Grad.

Gefallen hat mir, dass das Reinigungspersonal gegen 10 Uhr im Frühstücksraum erschien und sich Essen holen konnte.
Das Frühstück dort ist außergewöhnlich gut. So etwas habe ich nur in einem Familienhotel in Wien erlebt.
EZ sehr groß und sauber. Wer auf sehr ruhige Lage Wert legt ist dort gut aufgehoben.
