Всё хорошо, с некоторыми ньюансами
Pros:

Хороший отель, останавливаюсь не первый раз. Отличное месторасположение, отличные завтраки, доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

За время пребывания (5 ночей, 4 дня) ни разу не поменяли постельное белье, хотя со слов девушки-администратора должны были поменять на третий день или менять по запросу хоть каждый день. Мы сами не обращались. В семейном номере необходимо отремонтировать смеситель в раковине (ручка легко отваливается). Слив в душе не справляется с обычным напором воды, она начинает достаточно быстро перетекать в зону раковины/унитаза. В последний день пребывания забрали полотенце для ног и новое не положили, но это лучше чем раньше - забирали при первой уборке и давали только по запросу (я писал об этом в предыдущем отзыве). В бутылках из-под Dove для мыла-геля-шампуня конечно не Dove, но раньше были моющие средства поприятнее. Сейчас во всех бутылках одинаковое коричневое средство и не очень приятное. По-прежнему остается пожелание ставить в номер бутилированную воду - это дешево и удобно и уже есть во многих даже более дешевых отелях. Также остается пожелание - сделать шторки для окон над дверями в тех номерах, где такие окна есть (это большинство номеров, в т.ч. семейный). Проникающий через них свет мешает спать.

Good value for money
Pros:

The concept of the hotel is good, and some rooms have a nice view. It is very close to the old city, with 24/7 restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful. and the cat :)

Cons:

Even though the condition of the rooms was excellent, they might be a bit more careful with cleaning.

Great homey and comfortable place!
Pros:

The location was amazing, with the Narikala fortress and the Mother of Georgia Statue a stones throw away. The major attraction was the local cat, who came to say hi to us every day, it was the highlight of our visit. Sitting on our veranda with a cat and looking out at the cityscape was lovely. The staff are the other highlight, we felt super welcome. All the staff were happy to give us locals' tips for the city, so we got great restaurant recommendations and felt like we were visiting old friends.

Cons:

We really liked the massive breakfast spread, but we must say, if you expected croissants, you will be disappointed. The coffee was amazing, and the choice great, but there was no granola or puff pastry.

Preis Leistung sehr gut
Pros:

Gute Lage.
Sehr große Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz.
Alles in allem recht sauber, nur die Zimmer sind teilweise etwas abgewohnt.

Cons:

Hotel konnte man vor Ort nur in Bar bezahlen.
Vom Hotel organisierter Flughafentransport war direkt und nicht über das Hotel zu bezahlen (Euro war möglich, jedoch verständlicherweise kein Wechselgeld).

Frühstück hat leider garnicht unseren Geschmack getroffen.

1.Отель очень удачно расположен в самом центре старого города.
2.Очень простой , но в тоже время аутентичный отель. Вроде как живешь в домашнем грузинском дворике.
3.Интернет-5.уборка-5
4. И....вообще, приезжая в Тбилиси, сначала смотрю этот отель, ибо в нем останавливаемся не первый раз !!!!
