В целом отель понравился
Pros:

Понравился размер номера, приятный дизайн, хорошие большие кровати, очень уютный дворик и балкон, вкусные завтраки, приветливые сотрудники.

Cons:

Вода по всей ванной после принятия душа, номер требует небольшого ремонта, в комнате мало освещения.

Pros:

Со 2 по 4 августа мы отдыхали в отеле Betlemi, в номере для троих. Комнаиа большая, просторная, с двумя широкими кроватями. Особо хотим поблагодарить администратора Гигу и его помощника Эдуарда за теплое отношение и помощь в ращрешении любого вопроса. Благодарим Элеонору за ее прекрасные семейные завтраки. Рекомендуем к проживанию!

Hoteleko langileak oso jatorrak ziren. Bikain hartu gintuzten. Gelak kanpoan egoteko leku atsegina dauka. Gosari oso ona.

Отель очень понравился. Очень отзывчивый, гостеприимный персонал, всегда поинтересуются нужна ли помощь, предложат кофе, чай в любое время суток, помогут с чемоданами. Наш номер располагался на втором этаже, был вид на город, вечером приятно посидеть с бутылочкой вина и красивым видом. Окна номеров первого этажа действительно выходят во дворик, но он очень уютный и милый. Завтраки достаточно плотные и вкусные, есть выбор, кофе из кофемашины, позавтракать также можно во дворике на свежем воздухе. Номер просторный, есть все необходимое, все освещение, техника (фен, кондиционер, телевизор) в рабочем состоянии, возможно, кому важно, есть некоторые недочеты в виде отсутствия шкафа с вешалками для одежды, немного уставшее ковровое покрытие (но достаточное чистое для такого вида пола), но нам это впечатление не испортило, атмосфера отеля просто чудесная! Если вернемся в Тбилиси еще, то только сюда!

Размещение отеля очень удобное, находится в старом городе и от центра близко. Старый город нам очень понравился, очень атмосферно. Все рядом, и серные бани и красный автобус, канатная дорога, метро.
Номер чистый, кровать большая, я с детьми свободно разместилась. А завтракии… ммм.. очень вкусные сытные, можно и без обеда ходить. Были 3 дня, потом поехали в Батуми, и когда ехали обратно тоже ночевали в этом отеле. Нам все понравилось

Pros:

The staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful with whatever we asked. There were chairs on the balcony where you could sit, relax, and admire the amazing view. The location in the old city was good to explore the area around and was quiet, so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. They offered free tea, coffee and treated us with wine.

Cons:

The bathroom had a light smell but this is something we faced in all the hotels we stayed in Georgia.

Dissapointed!!
Pros:

The Hotel is locatated in the old town, but it's not a nice are to live. Confusing for taxi and uphill, the location is nice, but not practical. The receptionist tried to give me another room, because I didn't like it

Cons:

Pictures and the Hotel is outdated. Dirty carpet, stains on the bed sheets. I booked a double room -> for two people, I received 2 tiwn beds united, only one had bedsheets. Breakfast was bad and not fresh. I cancelled 1h after checkout -> because I was walking and checking other hotels (because this was a proper dissappointment)

All the bad reviews are true, I'm suprised this hotel has such good reveiws. I didn't expect luxury, just a clean room and what I paid for
