Местоположение отеля отличное.
С одной стороны парк Рике, с другой - станция метро. Старый город рядом, а там и бани, и ущелье с водопадом, фуникулёр и мост Мира.
Отель небольшой, всё чисто и со вкусом подобрано. Номер, конечно, очень маленький, но это не критично. Просто шкафчик для одежды малюсенький и места для чемодана нет. Думаю, что в других номерах места больше.
Хозяйка очень внимательная и отзывчивая.
Понравились завтраки. Вкусно по-домашнему, всё необходимое есть, десерты порадовали.
Отель рекомендую.
Если нужна аренда автомобиля, то хозяева этим тоже занимаются.
Ещё у них можно продегустировать домашнее вино 🍷

Cons:

Единственное пожелание - это крючки для полотенец и одежды как в ванной, так и в комнате. Совершенно некуда пристроить полотенца и мыльные принадлежности. Полочка в ванной тоже не помешала бы...
В остальном всё хорошо.

离欧洲广场很近，走路2分钟就到了。如果第二天早上需要赶路的客人可以考虑。
It's very close to the European Square and it only takes 2 minutes to walk there. If guests who need to be on the move the next morning consider it, this place would be suitable.

Cons:

我们住的房间面积很小，过道仅仅能容下行李箱，打开行李箱之后就过不了人了。而且房间里有轻微的烟味。
The room we stayed in was very small. The corridor could only accommodate a suitcase and once the suitcase was opened, it was impossible for people to pass through. Moreover, there was a slight smell of smoke in the room.

Pros:

The most exciting thing of the hotel is location - it is really close to city center, Rike bridge and old town, Meidan, etc.
The breakfast was normal, the room was small, but for 2 people overall nice. Price matches what you get. My hasband loved the bath especially, it was clean and always with hot water.

Cons:

nothing, everything was fine

Первый раз вижу таких неприветственных и не гостеприимных грузин. Локация хорошая но там так шумно, невозможно спать до 2 ночи. Нет лифта, нужно тоскать багаж за собой по узкой лестнице. эконом номер супер маленький, нет нормальных вешалок, горничные не чистят номера, я жил 5 дней и после двух раза умоления мне почистили номер. Владелец отвечает на запрос как уличные бандюганы

Cons:

Kaldığımız aile odasında banyo ve oda arasında kapı bulunmamaktaydı. Duşakabin direkt olarak odaya açılıyordu. Tuvalet ve lavabo da duşakabinin içinde yer alıyordu. Odada böcek gördük ve en üst kat olmasına rağmen balkonda kedi vardı. Yine üst kat olduğu için oda çok basıktı. Ayrıca banyoda küçük bir ayna odada da biraz daha büyük bir ayna haricinde ayna bulunmuyor. Çalışanlar da anlayışlı ve yardımsever değildi.

This is the worst service I have ever encountered in a hotel, or any other paid accommodation for that matter. There was no front desk. Some guy sits at the restaurant across the street and you maybe able to get his attention if he isn't asleep. We wanted an extra blanket. That's it, just a normal thing you'd ask for in any hotel. They said they don't have extra blankets the first night because they were in the laundry and they'll bring one next day. Fine. Next day, no extra blanket. We ask if we can have one again and the same guy tells us that no, the hotel's owner said we can't have one unless we pay for the excess laundry. Out of curiosity, we asked how much would it cost, and the guy shouted at us and threatened to throw us out of the hotel.

I feel like that's a good enough example as to why no one should stay here, ever.

Сантехника очень качественная, матрасы удобные, интернет хороший.
Пешком везде рядом, и шума нет. Одним словом, 10 баллов.

Exceeded the expectation!
Pros:

Very good location. Maximum close to all old Tbilisi city locations. And in same time very quite place. Very comfort and beautiful rooms. Maximum security. All amendments in place, very clean. Everything is working perfectly. Definitely will stay there again next time in Tbilisi.
