Ожидаемо по цене. В целом не плохо, но номер требует ремонта после затопления.
Pros:

Ванная комната хорошо обустроена, комфортно. Расположение идеально. В номере есть все необходимое. Хозяева очень приятные люди и при необходимости предоставляют спектр услуг и помощь. Подкупает очень месторасположение.

Cons:

Останавливались второй раз поэтому немного были в недоумении от того как изменился номер. Скорее всего что его подтопили и в связи с этим номер требует ремонта, так как местами отклеились обои, вздулся паркет и выглядит это все не очень ну и плюс к этому всему еще и неприятный запах в номере.

Останавливались с 6-9 марта 2026г. Приехали с Казахстана г. Актау. Очень понравились радушные хозяева, хозяйка Тамари всегда была на связи, ее муж помог с трансфером с аэропорта до гостиницы 50 лари. Вид с террасой не передаваемый и город весь на ладони, очень красивый вид, жалко конечно что было холодно и долго на террасе не удалось отдыхать. Гостиница в центре, в старом городе Тбилиси, рядом удобно парк Рике, возле гостиницы есть хорошее кафе где вкусно готовят👍🏻😊В ванной очень хороший напор воды, горячая хорошая вода

Cons:

Было прохладно, но можно включить сплит систему, и маме в возрасте 72 лет было тяжело подниматься по лестнице, но зато вид в номере был замечательный)

Ni mal ni bien. La seguridad no es negociable.
Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico, fenomenal punto de partida para conocer la ciudad.

Cons:

Por el precio que pague esperaba mas. Desayuno muy tarde a las 10.
Varios cristales de las puerta corredera rotos con peligro de caerse con lo que puede acarrear.

Apart oda kıvamındaydı delüx oda olarak geçmemeli tuttuğumuz oda. Heryere ulaşım kolaylığı merkezi olması çok güzeldi.

Cons:

Girdiğimiz an dışında lobide görevli kimseyi görmedik gece dönüş esnasında anahtarı masa üstüne bıraktık. Asansör yok görevli yok valizleri kendimiz indirip çıkardık dik merdivenden. Büyük delüx oda tutmuştuk ama oda çok küçüktü rezervasyon yaptığımız andaki fotoğraftan farklıydı. Otelde vakit geçirmek istesek bir masada oturacak yer filan yoktu. Kahvaltı orta ayardaydı. Oda çok sıcaktı ısınma güzeldi. Konumu çok güzeldi. Fakat polis anonsları gece saat 3-5 farketmiyor yoğun trafik olmamasına rağmen uyuyan var diyip saygı gereği polis siren ve anonsları ülke olarak karar alınıp belli saatten sonra yapılmamalı. Otel işletmeleri bu konuda onları uyarmalı. Anons sesinden uyuyamadık

Pros:

The lady host kindly upgraded us from a standard room to a top-floor one with a spacious balcony — thank you very much. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the snowfall from there.
Everything was excellent: superb location, stunning views, and comfortable facilities. The only minor drawback was a brief disagreement with another male host regarding water bottles, which slightly affected our experience.
Access to the room required climbing 2–3 floors, but this was manageable for us.
Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and are especially grateful to the lady host for the thoughtful upgrade.

Perfect, I’ll be back.
Pros:

Modern deco, very clean, amazing shower pressure and toiletries. The hosts go above and beyond to help. I was asking where to buy good chuchkhella and they’ve kindly brought some from the market for me. I wasn’t expecting such a gesture.

Cons:

Very clean, everything works well. Location is unbeatable.
