True gem in the heart of the Tbilisi
Pros:

This place is a true gem in the heart of the Georgian capital, Tbilisi! Located right next to the Presidential Palace and just steps away from beautiful parks and stunning bridges. The host is incredibly responsive and welcoming — simply ask for anything and he will do his best to help. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Очень понравилось местоположение-самый центр!!! Замечательный и отзывчивый, очень внимательный Леван( хозяин аппартаментов). Все как заявлено в описании есть. Все фотографии соответствуют действительности.Для непритязательных туристов -лучше не придумать. Надо понимать это не люкс -отель, он напротив и цена там соответственно.Нам очень понравилось, обязательно еще приедем!!!

Ottima scelta per una città caotica come Tbilisi
Pros:

La posizione e’ strategica: in centro ma una una via tranquilla; a due passi dal mercatino, da piazza libertà. Le stanze danno su un bel balcone di legno in un cortile interno.

Perfect Stay in Tbilisi – Great Location & Amazing Hospitality!
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel in Tbilisi! The shower always had hot water, the bed was very comfortable, and they had a fridge and everything needed to make coffee. The price was definitely worth it, and the location was perfect — right next to the big vintage market and not far from the main avenue.
The owner, Levan, was kind, helpful, and available 24/7 for anything I needed. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back!

Фотографии полностью соответствуют реальной комнате. Леван, владелец отеля, любезно нас встретил почти в 5 утра, как и обещал. Очень понравилось его отзывчивость, помогал нам во всем. Чайник, штопор, холодильник - все это было предоставлено в пользование по нашему желанию. В общем, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, включая тапочки и халаты, как в дорогих отелях. Локация идеальная - в самом центре, рядом чудесный парк, рестораны, большой супермаркет карфур, близко до всего. Отель расположен в красивом старинном здании с высокими потолками. Есть терасса со столами и стульями.

Cons:

Комната плохо вентилируемая, иногда приходилось открывать дверь. Места не очень много, не хватало дополнительной тумбочки. Если у вас чуткий сон, то будет слышно звуки из двора.
