Amazing price and location
Pros:

I used to live in Tbilisi and know that you can't beat this location. Great price, compared to nearby hotels that cost five times as much. Levan was friendly and helpful, especially when I realized I forgot my adapter at home. He helped me solve the problem. He also let me store luggage when needed.

Cons:

No cleaning of the room during your stay.
